Food is not great, staff is okay but management treats them poor kids so bad. I don’t understand how a grown 30 year old is working at Wing Stop, but she shouldn’t take it out on the teenagers. Harley who is a manager demands respect from the staff but speaks to them in such a rude manner, mainly the female employees. I have noticed she’s nicer to the males which doesn’t make it okay. She’s a grown adult, she should know better. I am definitely making a call to corporate!

Here’s the thing I think most people fail to understand before coming to fast food chains, a lot of times these workers are someone’s kids!! Sometimes they are still learning too, and when you think they are just “messing around” in the back remember we all try to have some fun at our jobs to kill the time. I went tonight to pick up my order I placed online. As soon as I walk in I see a “man child” yelling at a group of teenagers for messing up his order, now I understand it can be frustrating when your hangry and want to head home after a long day but common people have some grace and think what if they were your relatives, these poor workers sat there and got the manager and remained calm. The child started to yell at them even more. I stepped in to inform him that is not the way to speak to females especially young teenagers and let alone doing all this in front of his daughter. He then tried to get in my face but I’m not one to be threatened by much lol after all that these poor workers had to continue with their nights jumping right back in to taking orders and making food at the best rate they could. I just wanna say I love this wingstop location, they all did a fantastic job despite the threats and gaudy guests they have to deal with on a daily basis. And my food came out FANTASTIC!

If you want to have your dinner ruined try this place. Almost guaranteed to screw up every time unfortunately. My fam loves their sauce and the ranch, but they either get the amount wrong or the wrong sauce 5 out of 5 times. I’m a local in the neighborhood and it sucks that we have to drive further out to get good service. Their excuse always is that they slammed. Management doesn’t seem to care I guess. if you care to have the correct food and made right the first time, I highly do not recommend to buy from this place. It’s ran by 15-year-olds. as soon as you walk into the place, you will see about two or three pissed off customers.

disappointed and very dissatisfied we placed a order on uber eats for pickup and when it was time they did not have our food ready nor know nothing about it while the employees in the back were doing absolutely nothing!! Can also improve on the service not the best!

So my problem was when I went in I was first in line to order. The people who order after me got their food before me. Waiting a little more and had enough of the Waiting went to the register and asked employees that where in the back eating ,I asked how much longer was my order going to take, dont understand how I did have my food and others had theirs before since I order before them. Don't know what was said but I gave them the name for my order. All that needed to be done was my were frys which were in a bowl already. I watched them season them up and bag it. The cashier apologize. I left went come which was a 3min ride. Wings where not even hot. The frys were the only things warm in my meal. This was very disappointing. Especially for the money that I spent. If I didn't have to go to work I would surely would of went Back and talked to the manager.

Every time I come here I swear the experience is worse than the last! My BBQ wings barely have sauce tonight.

Worst service experience ever! I came in 10/23 at around 10PM. I ordered two combos, I specifically asked for no seasoning on my fries and wet wings. I waited 30 mins for my order while employees were play fighting with rags, blasting music, on their phones in the back and playing paper rock scissors. With the amount of employees working, they could’ve finished my order faster. Now, moving forward, My entire order was wrong! I am beyond upset about this experience.

I placed an Uber eats order. It was simple a meal deal. The driver arrived with the wrong order called him. Let him know you got the wrong order. Call the store to inform him that they had the wrong order. The girl laughed at me on the phone gave the phone to somebody named Bridget, who then said it was not her problem that it once it leaves the store with Uber driver’s problem I said to her you’re both responsible you handed him the wrong order And she said doesn’t matter there’s nothing that they can do completely awful service. Food was cold. Everything was disappointing never ordering from there again.
