This place is always a disappointment. The staff is always unfriendly and orders are always late. Every time you schedule an online order they always take an extra 30 to 45 minutes to actually get your order in the system and ready. They always forget to put the order in or just make up some random excuse of why your order is late. I stopped going there for the same reason but decided to give it today another try but the same thing happened. I was supposed to get my order at 2:30 pm and I didn't get it until 3:15 pm. When i got to the place they hadn't put my order in the syatem. They had to print out the order because they forgot to check for online orders and mine was never placed. They didn't even admit they made a mistake or apologize. When they finally gave me my order the cashiers just put the bag in the front counter and left to the back. Didn't want to look at me after everything that happened. Just avoid going to this location. It's embarrassing and a huge waste of time. You can get better wings some place else

Unfortunately this is my nearest Wingstop and I shouldn’t have to be driving 15-20 minutes to get decent wings when this place should be doing it. They always give the driest wings, the worst customer service, and overall a bad experience. Today I requested my wings with extra sauce but instead they just gave me extremely oily wings to the point it sept through the bag. They added a gross amount to the point it wasn’t enjoyable, they added too much saying like “here shut up.” I really hope this place gets new management because I order 2-3 times a week and always disappointed.

Food is not great, staff is okay but management treats them poor kids so bad. I don’t understand how a grown 30 year old is working at Wing Stop, but she shouldn’t take it out on the teenagers. Harley who is a manager demands respect from the staff but speaks to them in such a rude manner, mainly the female employees. I have noticed she’s nicer to the males which doesn’t make it okay. She’s a grown adult, she should know better. I am definitely making a call to corporate!

Here’s the thing I think most people fail to understand before coming to fast food chains, a lot of times these workers are someone’s kids!! Sometimes they are still learning too, and when you think they are just “messing around” in the back remember we all try to have some fun at our jobs to kill the time. I went tonight to pick up my order I placed online. As soon as I walk in I see a “man child” yelling at a group of teenagers for messing up his order, now I understand it can be frustrating when your hangry and want to head home after a long day but common people have some grace and think what if they were your relatives, these poor workers sat there and got the manager and remained calm. The child started to yell at them even more. I stepped in to inform him that is not the way to speak to females especially young teenagers and let alone doing all this in front of his daughter. He then tried to get in my face but I’m not one to be threatened by much lol after all that these poor workers had to continue with their nights jumping right back in to taking orders and making food at the best rate they could. I just wanna say I love this wingstop location, they all did a fantastic job despite the threats and gaudy guests they have to deal with on a daily basis. And my food came out FANTASTIC!
