The Russ House in the heart of Tombstone is exactly where you need to stay, if you want to experience the magnificent feeling of going back in time. We really have only a few photos from this trip as we actually felt weird taking out our phones... I mean it IS 1881, after all!
The room was very clean, beautifully furnished, and the breakfast across the street was heavenly. Do keep in mind that these are old wood buildings, and the walls are quite thin, so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Be happy you are not sleeping in the stables, cowboy :)

Amazing place. A true iconic piece of history!! Easy to book the room. Easy check in and out. Room was clean and walking distance from everything. I highly recommend staying here. We loved it. Walked next door to the Longhorn restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The Russ House is awesome!!!

Wonderful place to stay! Located in the center of town so it is close to everything you want to do. The hotel honors the feel of the old west with modern comforts like air conditioning and an in room coffee maker. The room's decoration made you feel like you are back in the 1800s. Breakfast at The Longhorn restaurant (2 minute walk) was included with 4 solid meal choices. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed in the suite - it was impeccably clean with clear attention to detail and comfort. Excellent location for our stay in Tombstone - walking distance to everything which was so nice! Easy to check in and out, and we needed nothing at all. However, owners were responsive and even though no one was on site, you never felt like you were ignored. Patio is beautiful and was great to relax by the fire pit with a drink at the end of the day. Thanks for making our trip so relaxing!
