I'm going to be completely honest, CRYSTAL PALACE SALOON had a great selection of beverages and I was greatly satisfied with the bartender's communication and abilities behind the bar. She prepared me an Old Fashioned which made me feel as though Wyatt Earp himself was going to stroll in and sit next to me.
We really enjoyed this restaurant. I had the salmon, it was absolutely cooked perfect, was so good. Husband and son had steaks cooked to order. They said they were very tasty and cooked perfectly med/rare. Beer was cold! Wasn't too busy, and our waiter was excellent! Very attentive and knowledgeable and gave great suggestions and details about the sides.
I had the grilled chicken dinner with green beans Friday and Saturday nights. Friday night the chicken was great! Had a pepper seasoning on it. Bacon on top was crispy and good. Saturday night the chicken had cheese on top and a garlic cream sauce. Terrible! Who puts cheese on chicken??? Must have had different cooks.
