Felipe provided outstanding service! I believe he was the only one working the front half of the restaurant and he made sure to check in with us and our drinks are always filled. I really appreciate him bringing a pot of coffee to the table for us to have constant refills in addition to the ice water. The food came out promptly.You are in the middle of the desert so the food prices are a little higher than maybe your average truck stop. I was pleased with what we got, the biscuits and gravy were delicious! Maybe wouldn't go for the country fried steak. But all in all this was a great spot for us to eat breakfast after staying all night in the parking lot in our RV.

Our server Vetzanid is a nice young lady who's been there for at least a few months. She clearly was not trained right. Once you receive your food, she NEVER comes back to your table. I saw a customer get up to ask her for refills. Another got up to ask for their check. We sat there with empty cups while we were eating. She didn't come back to our table until we asked for our check. She needs to be trained correctly and she'll be a great waitress. We will be sitting in a different section with a different waitress until we see a change.

I have been here over 30 min sitting I already ask for drink and food order and I have been a waiter it doesn't take that much not even if it was at 100% capacity with 1 waiter if the manager doesn't have the people to run the restaurant don't open then the waiter gets no tip and then they wonder why need to hurry up and take care of customer tips are know free have to be earned

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice selection of items. Plenty of parking and easy to find. The service was fast and correct. The restrooms are very clean.

Horrible service worst meal I've had in a long time this cook can't even get hot cakes right infisis on hot ? asked for a redo on my hash browns and pancakes waited for 20 mins and came back hard as rocks hash browns were still raw onions never saw my waitress again so never again

It’s like a wanna-be Denny’s. The food was okay. Bacon was not tasteful. My coffee mug had spots on it, and it was greasy. Eggs and hash browns were good. Biscuits and Gravy was good too, but expect to pay more for more gravy, because there wasn’t enough on the biscuits, and the waitress didn’t tell me that extra gravy was more $. Staff was nice and friendly though. A little pricy for the food when it’s not that great.

Don’t eat here. I rather go to a Dennys at a Pilot. When we went in there the sign said seat yourself. I had to clean my own table to find a seat. The host was decent that’s the only positive side but menus were sticky and nasty. I hear workers complaining about having to wash dishes. When we got our food the guy threw it on our table and left quickly without saying anything or gave me a chance to ask for utensils.

Worst ta restaurant I've ever been too. Nice young lady waitress, new I think, that's the 2 stars- Im not typing everything that happened and I didn't see a single person worth complaining too. I hope the waitress finds a restaurant that is run better, shouldn't be hard.
This place has gone done fast. Lazy waitresses, dirty tables. They remove the dirty plates and don't bother to wipe down the tables.

I guess the worst place in Arizona. Waited around 40-50 minutes, didn’t get my food, after decided take out, same thing happened. After all, paid the full price and left with no food. Great Job! Keep doing that, so some other restaurant can replace that place quicker.
