The morning Subway experience today was legendary — not because of the sandwich, but because of the employee. The young lady at the counter must secretly be the CEO of Subway, judging by how she carried herself. Except, instead of “Eat Fresh,” her vibe was “Be Rude.”
She looked at me like I personally dragged her out of bed at 3 AM to run the store. Honestly, her face said “sleep is for the weak and customer service is optional.” I ordered a sandwich, but what I got was a side of pure attitude served fresh and toasted.
If Subway wanted to launch a new menu item, they should name it after her: The Disrespectful Delight — comes with no smile, no energy, and a sprinkle of CEO-level arrogance.

the new girl was very nice, but didn't know what she was doing and the guy that was there offered very little help and interrupted her while she was already extremely slow at making my food... I think they reused their gloves after using the register (which is not sanitary) and a naked hand went in one of the vegetable containers... my cookie was also raw in the middle... just squishy dough
do better... I hope I don't get sick as I'm on the road

So ruuuuuuude! Refused to prepare the sandwich with the ingredients that I wanted, if you don't know how to handle customers, so don't make business!!! Another guy was making my sandwich and by mistake he took another bread, when I politely corrected him, she interfered and ordered him to not make my sandwich without any reason, I was shocked, I was just trying to clarify what I was ordering but she took it too far, it's ok, you won't have my money!

White girl with light blue eyes with a lot of pimple on her face she was very rude and gave the worst customer service I have ever received. She is ruining your business. She was in the back of the subway chilling for 20 minutes and there was multiple customers in line waiting to be helped and they all left. She was rolling her eyes and throwing food away.
