I find it to be a very big turn off when you walk to the counter at 09:57 pm and they tell you “We are closed.”They said that they close at 10:00 pm and they saying they close at 09:55 pm. It just tells me don’t give me your money. People drive there, they park their car or truck, and they give you their money. Refuse to serve at 9:56 even though they work until 10:00. If you close “five minutes early”, as I was told, then change your working hours to “close at 9:55” It was a Friday, June 06.

The Mexican girl with holes in her pants messed up my Philly cheesesteak sandwich and her attitude is despicable. I will not return to this Subway ever again when I drive through Arizona.
