Good Customer Service. Greeted Upon Entry with A Smile. My Quality of Food was Delicious. Establishment and Bathrooms were Clean. Very Reasonable Prices on The Menu.

Quick sandwich while on the road at the truck stop. Basically a Subway sandwich shop, they are all close to the same so you take it from there.

We’ve been coming to this subway for a little over a year now since my husband is a truck driver and he has a Phoenix route. We have stopped here many times to get Subway. There is an older white lady who is always extremely rude with other customers and also with my husband and I. I feel for those who work fast food I’ve been there and done that. There are a lot of rude customers especially some truck drivers, but what my problem is that she has always been rude to us and we have never been rude to her. We always order our food the best we can and are always nice to employees so at this point it’s definitely not the rude customers she’s rude to. She’s rude to every single customer. I always try to be understanding if an employee has had a tough day or has something going on, but her she’s rude every single time we come in. That I have a problem with. She should definitely not be working in customer service with that nasty attitude she has every time we come in. We stop here once a week if not twice a week so that attitude is way too often. All these reviews talk about the same older white lady and absolutely nothing has been done about it. Truckers go through a lot of stuff too and the last thing they need to deal with is her attitude to add to the stress they already have. Nobody needs that. Getting food should make you feel better not worse. Something needs to be done if numerous reviews about the same exact person isn’t enough then idk what is.

Older white lady was apparently more interested in moving customers along than making a decent sandwich. Barely any meat, supposed to have 2x cheese but barely got a sprinkle of shredded, snapped at me for not being perfectly instant with my veggies selection. I get being in a hurry when there's a line, but that was horrible.

Went for lunch like 2 months ago staff charged me double. I kept my reciept. Called back and asked for a refund. They told me it was reversed and it was not. Becareful getting food here.
