Always seems to be understaffed. Today at lunch there was only one worker at the front desk. There was no point in ordering on the mobile app to "skip" the line as I waited 10-15 minutes to pick up my mobile order. That took as long as ordering a pizza without the app.

Usually quick and good service. Not today. Took 30 minutes for 3 pizza. A supreme, pepperoni. And a deep dish 3 meat treat. But the cashier messed up my order and gave me a regular 3 meat pizza, even though I ordered deep dish. No customer service to help my order he messed up. He just walked away.
