My grandma and I were getting a late dinner, we waited almost an hour for our food. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt due to the high customer traffic. Had to get a refund. The workers avoided me when I tried to ask for a refund. They just stare at you and keep walking around. Go elsewhere!!!

Not only did I order through the app. They did not complete my order now I have to wait to get a refund. Not only were they not customer friendly. Not enough information was given on how to go about the refund or why they did not complete my order when it was ordered 45 minutes away from said store. Customer service is awful.
