Fast drive through service and professional staff.

This place had me so angry I don't even know how They are still operational. First of all we had been driving for a while on our way back to Wyoming and we pulled up to the traditional place to park at Sonic. No buttons on any of the pull up order spots, they advertised on the big huge sign that they had certain items and did not have those items matter of fact, they didn't have anything that I wanted on their menu. It was on the menu but they didn't have it available. In my honest opinion I believe it was after 8:00 at night and they just didn't feel like cooking anything that wasn't fried or making slushies. They had people walking through their parking lots. Panhandling just just a bad experience. I honestly don't know why Sonic allows these people to carry their name as a franchise because that place is horrible

Sadly, the employees do not listen well to instructions. One other night, we were parked outside & saw mice running in & out of the vehicles nearby. They were running all over the cars parked nearby, including the car’s dashboard. Sad Sad Sad location.

I waited in a carhop spot and they never came to even service us. On the screen said that the button was activated but it ended up turning off its self. On the other hand I see other cars driving up ordering and leaving the place. I had to leave the carhop spot and get in line for the drive thru. I did let the employee know about my concern with the bad experience with the carhop spot.

Service has been horrible for the past few months, is there a new manager? The place seem to short staffed all the time now. Workers seem not to care, no greeting or common courtesy one would get a fast food drive thru.
Today I get my root beer float and I hold it, to place it down, the lid pops off and the soda gets all over my car. I ask for a handful on napkins, the worker gives about 4 napkins. I then also get my drink and there is… I hope it’s fudge, all over my lid.
I keep forgetting that I will never come back to this establishment, now it’s etched in my mind never to return to this location.

At this Sonic, none of the ordering stations were on and you can see where they have turned some stalls into parking spots. It does seem that no matter where you go in the States, Sonic has great-tasting hamburgers, potatoes, and shakes.

Typical Sonic in a small town. Fast, efficient, FRIENDLY service in the drive thru. Food was hot. No issues during my visit. Wouldn't hesitate to stop by again if I'm hungry and passing through Tuba City.

2 ND time went for onion rings and they didn't have any!!¡!@

Always good people doing their best. Great deals. Responsibly priced for those on a budget.
