Poor services bad customer services also. Food was cold and disgusting. Who ever runs this business needs more improvement. I wasn't satisfied with my food or customer services.

There was a young lady whom looks like a manager. I was waiting on my food in the drive thru. I heard her yelling at a cook and it looked like he was the only one working on a busy day. The rest of the staff standing around witnessing the manager yelling at the poor guy. This was not the first time I witnessed this same young lady yelling at a staff member. The line was really long too. Where is the supervisor, professionalism, and teamwork?!! She is creating a hostile environment. The head supervisor needs to look into those managers.

After receiving my food from the drivethru, my wife wanted to discard some trash. but one of the workers with a red bandana was upset with a mess left behind by a previous customer. As my wife approached the trash the worker yelled out a racist statement, and then my wife told him, "That is not nice, im Navajo." He did not reply but showed my wife a bloody bandage in his hands and said, "I guess she wanted a man? That's why she took it off." And then he laughed. I don't know what that means, but this guy was extremely inappropriate.

The food is delicious. The service is very good end the atmosphere is excellent.. I don't think I have had any problems with this place at all.. It is my go-to.. have lunch break and wind-down place.. Although, you sit in your car.. its still good to me..Hahaha.. Enjoy everyone..Parking: Enough parking for everyone..

Mundane. They ignore you if you use the parking carhop... they want you to use the drive thu.
I was told by staff there is no restroom and, as a family traveling with young children, this was a huge problem. We all needed to use a restroom, wash hands and order a cold treat. Severely disappointed and it should be advertised on the sign that there is no restroom for paying customers. This review should prompt immediate remedy of this problem. This caused us to not order from your restaurant on the way out and back from our destination and will lead to other lost business.

Me and my husband were waiting for almost 30 to 45 mins at one stall waiting for someone to take our order. We had to move to another stall to order and finally someone answered. The touch screens don't work at times and the employees here are great I've never had a problem until today.

As a lifelong fan of Sonic the Hedgehog, I was absolutely outraged by my experience at the Sonic Drive-In. The new version of the game played at the restaurant included sand, a feature that was not present in the original game that I grew up with. They ruined my childhood memories with this misguided decision.To make matters worse, the presence of sand in the restaurant itself was a complete and utter insult. Sonic was supposed to be about speed and fun, not sand-filled misery. I was left feeling betrayed and frustrated by this unsonic decision.As a true Sonic fanatic, I cannot recommend the Sonic Drive-In to anyone who loves the classic game. They have destroyed the Sonic experience and it's time for them to make things right. The addition of sand in both the game and restaurant made for an infuriating and unpleasant experience. 1 star. Best place 4 cold treats. Ice Cream, slushy, sonic blast. Everything you need for a sweet tooth.Great food, as well. Try the jalapeños poppers.
