I never have any complaints when dining in - all the staff is very kind and attentive and my food is always good. However, when I have my food delivered it consistently arrives 30 minutes late and not at all warm. This time it was 45 minutes late and will probably be the last time I ever have anything delivered by them. What a Panera location! This store is beautiful, modern, and spacious. It's located right on the U of A campus, and is close to everything. Parking could be a bit troublesome to find, but everything else about this location is great. There are also newer self-order stations which are nice and handy as well.

The food and service were great. Their free internet was terrible. There weren't that many people in the restaurant, so they can't claim that there was a lot of usage. If you need to use the internet don't plan on using it here. There was lots of seating. The place was very clean.
