As native Tucsonans, we LOVE Mexican food, and we’ve had our fair share of it from all over the city and beyond. But let me say, Charquitas is hands down the best Mexican food we’ve ever had, point blank! The flavors are authentic, bold, and rival even some of the best meals we’ve had in Mexico itself. If you’re craving true Mexican cuisine with that perfect homemade touch, look no further. This spot is a must try!

Greasy. Food would be edible if it weren't so greasy. I ended up having to soak grease off the quesadilla I ordered. Then bought 2 hard tacos, same. Greasy, meat was dry. Which is impressive that it had no flavor.

I ordered the #5 breakfast burrito (eggs, cheese, potato, and bacon), and it was the best breakfast burrito I've ever had! Sorry for looking a bit rough in the video—just finished a 12-hour shift. The burrito is huge for the price. You can also grab all the salsa fixings inside the building next to the food truck. Great customer service! I'll definitely be back.
