I wanted to share the amazing experiences I've had so far with this food truck. I've eaten at this food truck conveniently parked between the tracks in Vail. Despite it being outdoors, the views of the mountains are great, and your nestled between some beautiful historical buildings in the community of Vail. Service is completely out of this world. I went once with my sister-in-law and the employees recognized us on our second trip. They greeted us and said they were glad to see us again. Their food is so good that I decided to have them cater my daughter's graduation party recently. They showed up with a giant truck that was parked outside my house. My guests were able to go up to the window and order what they wanted from a predetermined menu. They were greeted by the same amazingly friendly employees. The tacos and Sonora dogs were of the same fantastic quality as they were on my previous trips. They set up a salsa bar outside the truck so we could dress our tacos. It was so much easier than cooking or ordering food and running back and forth to get it. And my guests were well fed and happy! And let's face it, it looked pretty cool having the truck outside the house. Whether it's grabbing a quick bite for breakfast, lunch or dinner or hiring them to cater an event, you cannot go wrong with Giro Taco Truck.

The much needed fuel for a recording session when I was out in Tuscon, AZ. All I can speak for is the smothered enchilada, which was no joke and took a couple sessions itself to devour. Eventually, I did though!

Was our first time here. We would have given 5 stars. As the burrito and Sonoran hotdog were amazing tasting. And plentiful. Our negative was the fries. We both were highly disappointed in the fries. We're looking forward to trying the wings and other items soon.

This foodtruck had a nice outside dining area and even a little picnic table for kids. Super clean. Street tacos made me like I was in Mexico again. Just delicious. Get the Carne asada. Melt in your mouth. Fast service and friendly person helped me. I'll be back.

Carne Asada cowboy tacos are always my go to, but you can’t go wrong with any choice you decide on. The best El Pastor around in my opinion.

Lunch for 4 today after a morning at Colossal Cave. Three had the hot dog chipilone, and I had the Chile relleno burro. We all left very happy and stuffed.The chipilone hotdog is unique in my experience - they crisped up the cheese on top, maybe under a broiler? Anyway, everyone loved it. The fries were great and sprinkled with tajine spice, as were the grilled chiles that came with the dog.I had the Chile relleno burro, and it also was unique in my experience - lots of veggies, including a fair amount of cabbage (see photo). Loved it!!The service was so friendly - they asked us if we wanted an additional Chile to go with the hotdogs and of course we said "yes!"They have 4 locations, all on the east side of town. they need to open one up in Oro Valley!!

Ordered a decent amount of food for family. Pretty stellar Sonoran Dogs and Carne Asada/Fish tacos. Unfortunately the order came short minus the Birria Tacos.
