I’ve given this McDonald’s multiple chances, but the experience rarely improves. The wait is almost always long, and the order is frequently wrong. Accuracy and speed are basic expectations for fast food, and this location struggles with both. Needs better organization and attention to detail.

I thought the Fruit and Maple Oatmeal would be flavorful but It was so Bland that the fruit was the thing that I would eat and to top that of the oatmeal was only partially cooked

I used a coupon , so very awesome, and paid for the extras. And I just want to show the picture of this beautiful frappe they gave me which they gave it to me how I asked in a larger cup was extra whipped cream and extra caramel on the top they made it perfect to order and exactly what I paid for and better. Just a lot of times people don't get it correctly they were like you know Bon Appetit perfect

Went to get breakfast with my family this morning. They got theirs and sat down. I sat at the little window and waited, about 10 minutes past finally somebody comes to me and tries to hand me a DoorDash order when I explained to them that I was not waiting on that order and I was waiting for my order he took my receipt and went to the kitchen and started frantically looking for it. Another five minutes past the same person comes up and handed me another DoorDash order. Explains to me that they’ve already sent out my food which I’ve been sitting there for the past 15 minutes waiting on my order obviously didn’t get my food. They tried to give me a hard time about getting my order that I just paid for and waited for it. I’m not usually one to complain but by the time I got my food my familys food was cold and my 2 burrito sausage meal breakfast was also cold with no cheese and also only came with one of the two burritos! Never seen a kitchen full of workers and no one helps. Will not be back to this location.

Update your hours if you’re going to be closed on Thanksgiving. You have a line of people in the drive-thru who don’t know it’s closed.
The drinks I ordered were 3/4 full and the medium fry was about the same. The drinks also came with no ice what so ever. Never had this experience from another

Without fail, they forget the apple juice every time I order a Happy Meal.
They fail to add ketchup when the online order shows it. They fail to give more than 2 sauces when the order has more than 20+ chicken nuggets. And then give attitude when you ask for what the order shows.
I know it's a McDonald's... but please be more diligent and courteous.

Clean restaurant and bathroom and friendly and helpful young lady this Saturday morning…although the garbage outside is full 🗑️ and Rock music is too loud 🎶 Don’t necessarily like the all digital counter with fewer people around the front… Typical good morning breakfast at mcDs Excellent oatmeal 🥣 and sausage biscuit Thank you from your Tucson friends 😎😇🙏

Needs to update their work hours online… came here after work late night because online says 24hrs. Guy answers the drive thru and says theyre closed and to go to the one on houghton and oldvail instead.
