I love McD's Iced Tea. Stopped in this morning for tea and breakfast. On the screen, it appeared that I was being charged for salsa packets. The attendant was a bit rude When I spoke to her at the window, she refused to give me her name. Not good for business!!!

I consistently have items missing on orders larger than 20 dollars but it's usually too late and I am too tired to go complain in person
The guy at the front counter was rude and inpatient. And apparently their kiosk has not been working for a week! Oh and there were six kids running around like it was their playground - this place should have considered a play area.

Came through for a quick breakfast, as I normally avoid McDonald's like the plague. Not friendly, but not unfriendly service. I'm appalled they charged $0.75 for a cup of water. I've never been charged for water at any McDonald's in my life until this one.

I’m only giving one star because there doesn’t allow me to give zero. I was in the drive-through this morning for about 13 minutes for a couple breakfast sandwiches. No one said anything to me while I was waiting so I honked my horn to remind him that I was still sitting out there waiting, I got no response from anyone just as they walked by the window of me sitting in my car two minutes I honked my horn again Still no response after a couple of minutes so I decide to knock on the window what we’re just as well as honking the horn. Finally, I drove around the corner and walked inside. The “manager” told me that point that I was aggressive and scared the young employees. it must’ve been the word “thank you” that I used. Complete disaster. Then asked the manager for her name. She was not wearing a name tag told me that she did not have to tell me her name and I did not get a receipt so I went on my way. Keep raising the prices and lowering the standards for service…… perfect. I’ll keep paying
