Really wanted to get the Mcdonaldland novelty item, so I ordered their quarter pounder meal. Not good. Hamburger was dry. Not even the ketchup helped. I didn't even finish half of it because it was kind of gross. Fries were good though, and the shake that comes with it was fine. Mind you, this was 11 pm and there were quite a few customers there that night, so maybe it was more quantity> quality that day. Service was fine. Employees generally nice and quick. Can't speak for the atmosphere since it was a drive thru, so I'll assume it's fine. Just really disappointed about the burger. I kinda lost my appetite after that :(

My experience, there was a worker that gave me rude vocal commands to go to the second window even tho I wasn’t done ordering my food and then believe it or not they had me wait at the second window for 10+mins for my $5 meal…. I had to knock on the window to get their attention, oh same staff member was tossing McFlurry cups in the back like who you think you are. #rude #karenmoment #getbetter #ugh

Every single time I come to this location the works are extremely rude and seem very irritated to have to be working. Sometimes I drive over 15mins to go the next closest location just so I don’t have to deal with rude workers. It’s been an awful experience every time we go.

This is probably one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! They seem to hire younger staff, who is nothing but immature and lazy. They continually get your order wrong. Every time I try this establishment, something is wrong, they get good wrong, the wait is crazy long.… They're never even busy. Laziest workers I’ve ever seen. Maybe hire workers that care about what they’re doing and aren’t worried what color hair they should have this week. Ridiculous…

Google states this is 24/7. They keep their lights on in the drive thru and on the menus like they are open. Went there at 1230 am, nobody answered the microphone in the drive thru. Couldn't see anybody through the windows. There were two cars in the parking lot but other than that they seemed to be closed.

Been coming here since it opened, customer service has since gotten very rude. I’d never talk to my customers the way they talk to their customers here.

Didn’t give us half of our stuff. Then when we asked for it like basic drinks like a dr. Pepper took over 5mins then we got that. Then they forgot apple juice it took them over 10mins to grab a box of juice. Then had to go get it inside after to get the drinks a total of over 30min in the driveway waste of time.

I've been coming to this McDonald's for a while now and they always forget some of my food and I have to drive all the way back. The one time I ask for my money back the manager was very rude and pretty much shoved the money in my face which is completely unprofessional and to top it off they had teenagers not in uniform in the back walking around and talking bad about me just because I wanted my money back because of the mistake they made. I understand people make mistakes but it gets kind of old when it happens almost everytime. It is definitely the last time I order anything from them again. If you like being disrespected and belittled, definitely give them your business. This has definitely been the worst experience with a fast food restaurant in my life and I would recommend avoiding this McDonald's at all costs.

Every time I’m here I can never get my food without pulling forward and waiting. The majority of the staff is rude and have zero professionalism. If you can avoid this place avoid it. Unfortunately for me the same people own all 3 in my area so I’m not expecting any changes anywhere as this is the standard at these locations. Will be Whataburger as soon as it opens. They have lost my business.
