Yikes! Someone get Katie some Managment training. I observed her rolling her eyes and talking down to the entire staff. She kept snapping at the other employees and being generally very rude and disrespectful. Hopefully someone can get some eyes and ears in there to observe this behavior. Otherwise you’ll be seeing some high turnover.

The Starbucks inside the Safeway in Vail is nothing but great. Every time I stop by, I’m met with friendly and welcoming baristas who always make the experience enjoyable. The service is consistently great—I’ve never had a single issue with my order. No matter how busy they are, my drinks are always made correctly and taste just the way they should. One of the best parts about having this Starbucks inside Safeway is the convenience. It’s so nice to be able to grab a coffee while I do my shopping, making errands feel a little more enjoyable. The staff here is always happy to chat, making the experience even better. They take the time to get to know their regular customers, which adds a personal touch you don’t always find at larger locations. A special shoutout to one employee who goes above and beyond by writing cute little notes on my wife’s Sunday morning coffee. It’s small gestures like that that make this place stand out. If you’re in the Vail area and looking for great service, accurate orders, and friendly conversation, this Starbucks inside Safeway is the perfect spot to stop! I hope that this location does not disappear now that there is a standalone Starbucks in the same shopping center.

We have coffee there nearly every day. We wouldn't be doing that if it wasn't a comfortable place to talk to our neighbors and enjoy a great cup of coffee.

This is a great location inside a grocery store that is fast, friendly, and rarely over busy so much that service suffers in any way. It's kept clean and tidy, and restrooms are right around the corner and very wheelchair accessible. The drinks are the standard Starbucks fare, so of course they are top notch, which sort of goes without saying. I really like that the atmosphere is very relaxed here. When I need to get something in the grocery store, and I have time for a rest and relax with a cup of coffee, this is the place I go for it, and I am never disappointed.

I went to Starbucks (at this location) for the first after reading the reviews wanting to see what all the hype about Nia was. I went in, met her and realized that she’s actually really nice. We had a little conversation and when I learned she wasn’t rude, just a college girl working long hours, I related to her on a personal level. Love going in just to see her and will definitely be going back just for her service!
