We have coffee there nearly every day. We wouldn't be doing that if it wasn't a comfortable place to talk to our neighbors and enjoy a great cup of coffee.

Should win Guinness World Record for slowest Starbucks. It's worth the drive to avoid this location and go somewhere else. You'll actually end up saving yourself time. Terrible customer service and promise your food will be cold and order incorrect. To top it off, the seating area is usually dirty.

This is a great location inside a grocery store that is fast, friendly, and rarely over busy so much that service suffers in any way. It's kept clean and tidy, and restrooms are right around the corner and very wheelchair accessible. The drinks are the standard Starbucks fare, so of course they are top notch, which sort of goes without saying. I really like that the atmosphere is very relaxed here. When I need to get something in the grocery store, and I have time for a rest and relax with a cup of coffee, this is the place I go for it, and I am never disappointed.

I went to Starbucks (at this location) for the first after reading the reviews wanting to see what all the hype about Nia was. I went in, met her and realized that she’s actually really nice. We had a little conversation and when I learned she wasn’t rude, just a college girl working long hours, I related to her on a personal level. Love going in just to see her and will definitely be going back just for her service!

I have gone many times and Nia has taken my order and each time she is very rude, does not and has a bad attitude. I thought maybe it was just a bad day the first time but she is always like this. Unacceptable.

Please don't leave new hires by themselves!! This poor girl looked so stressed as her line got longer and the people waiting got impatient. Leaving new hires alone and setting them up for failure should not be acceptable. Please do better.

Drinks were good but customer service wasn’t. Nia took our order and she didn’t have a very good attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day but that shouldn’t be an excuse to be nice to customers.
I waited 30 min for a tea. They didn’t offer me a free cake pop or anything the tea was super watery too I was very disappointed:(

This used to be the best Starbucks. The employees were so friendly and made great drinks. Now it's awful. The new workers get so confused when you order something with more than 1 flavor. I get charged for pumps of syrup that should be free. The older lady tried to charge me .75 cents for a grande water! Today I redeemed 100 stars for an iced coffee and the girl said there was a problem and had to charge me 50 more stars because I got extra syrup... doesn't make sense at all!I waited 15-20 mins every time I go there now. It's just ridiculous. Please Vail, build an actual Starbucks drive thru!

We typically aren't fans of Starbucks, but this location is excellent!! It has become our fave coffee place in Tucson. They always make a great drink that is not too sweet (unlike some other locations) and perfectly balanced. Service is fast. I wish they had more staffing after school, especially on Fridays, cuz they can get swamped at those times...but through no fault of their own, just tons of customers.
