I canāt believe only one person was on, what horrible management. Poor kid who had to work all by himself. Unacceptable, a manager should have gone in to help. Also fountain drink machine was broken and they werenāt well stocked on bottled drinks.
Went in at 10am on a Monday and the door is open but there's no one there. Nothing is prepped or on. There's no bread displayed. The owner of this location needs to shut it down because they are completely incompetent to run a business. This location is nothing but problems every time I've gone in.
Not going to say what happened because it really isn't the kids fault- to the owner, these kids need to be supervised. They are not mature enough to close on their own, and that's not on them- that's on you. You should know better. And a child should not be closing anyways. Not sure what you were thinking.
I ordered online using the app and it sat in received status for 20 mins so I just went ahead and stopped in the store. At first she said she had no orders so I showed her the app that had a status of received. She then indicated my order was ready at the front. You could tell she loved her job, not so much. So clearly someone didnāt update the status on the app. Part of my order was a veggie with lettuce, pickles and tomatoes. When I arrived at home I discovered there was no lettuce on my veggie. I also ordered a pretzel with cheese and there was no cheese. The pretzel was quite stale. No biggie, itās been about 3 years since Iāve had subway, will be at least another 3 if I go back.

I've never had such a bad experience at a subway. Ordered a foot long BLT with 50% more bacon. I was surprised that my sandwich only had 4 pieces of bacon total, but lots of lettuce and tomato. Other sandwich (no pics) had only 2 scoops total tuna fish.

Have ordered online from this location 3 times and theyāve gotten it egregiously wrong every time. Worst part is the subway app and website has no way to rectify their mistakes so Iāll be sure to only order through DoorDash in the future.
When I got here the girl working here was hiding in the bathroom, didnāt come out till I said āHello.ā I ordered two cookies, a pretzel and chips. The pretzel was tough and chewy. She charged me wrong for my food. I had initially ordered a sprite and she told me it was in the fridge and she charged me for the bottle drink not fountain. There was no sprite in the fridge, so I asked her where it is. She realized she messed up. She handed me a cup to get the fountain drink.

Honestly I didn't even get to eat Subway on this trip to the store. I fought with the mobile app for over half an hour trying to order food to no avail. My entire reason for using the app was the BOGO free footlong (because subway is incredibly over priced at menu price). Anyways after failing to order on the app I figured that they would honor online promotions in the store... apparently not. Don't think I'll ever eat at subway again unless they change their model of "lure customers in with promotions that are actually impossible to take advantage of."

The girl who tried to make me 3 foot long sandwiches made 6" sandwiches in a foot long bread. Didn't know how to make it. Took her 1 hour to make me 5 wrong sandwiches. And it looked like she was on another planet. Looking at the air and talking to her coworker about how she had to leave early. Terrible! The other girl had to take over and tell her to go back to the kitchen. I was almost jumping there to make my own sandwiches.

District manager is the worst has no care! nothing is gets cleanedā¦..I worked there 3 days and it was disgusting.. food is put into dirty trays. there manager in training said put it in the dirty bowls. Youāre gonna get people sick. Donāt eat there.

Take the time to drive 15 minutes and they are closed atleast 50 minutes early, that's not very reliable and now iv spent money(gas) without even receiving a product or service. If your area is that slow, change your closing time.

Iām feeling really frustrated. I placed an online order with subway in vail and when I got there they could not make the order and refused to refund me or cancel it. Scamming me out of $21. They were not helpful in the slightest. They just snickered about how they were gonna forget the online orders because they are tried of them, and too take it up with corporate. I went home and called the store and told them I called corporate and complained and than they changed their tone and canceled it. I will never return to this location
