Take the time to drive 15 minutes and they are closed atleast 50 minutes early, that's not very reliable and now iv spent money(gas) without even receiving a product or service. If your area is that slow, change your closing time.

I’m feeling really frustrated. I placed an online order with subway in vail and when I got there they could not make the order and refused to refund me or cancel it. Scamming me out of $21. They were not helpful in the slightest. They just snickered about how they were gonna forget the online orders because they are tried of them, and too take it up with corporate. I went home and called the store and told them I called corporate and complained and than they changed their tone and canceled it. I will never return to this location

Decided to order out tonight. Sadly, it was drenched in mustard. It literally looks like they threw the ingredients into the sandwich. Both sandwiches had the wrong bread, I paid for double meat... only 2 pieces of meat to be found. My husband's was the same way. It's disappointing to pay so much for what seemed like left overs and disregard for someones food. My best advice if you really want Subway, drive to town or go watch them make it because if you order online this is what you get. Some training really needs to be done here. When I called the girl said she apologized and was training someone ? I really hope this isn't what she is teaching her employees. I mean would you be ok spending $30+ on this ?

the minute we walked in on a Monday morning, we were told "no turkey, no ham" They also did not have any tomatoes. I don't understand running out of items as there is a Safeway just steps away. I bought a sandwich at Safeway instead

To start this off I went in on Saturday the 23rd of September and there was 2 workers there. One I've known from previous visits named Jackson and a new face I didn't recognize. this new guy didn't make my sandwich right at all. I ordered a all American club and he said he was out of ham and could do double Turkey. When I asked for just Regular Turkey and Salami he didn't put either on and just put on the teriyaki chicken that I hadn't yet asked for. After that he was going to toast it... forgetting to put the bacon on as well and I had to remind him to put the bacon on. After toasting he got the veggies right but over all wasn't too outgoing or friendly.Jackson helped me out on my second sandwich and made it exactly as I asked even asking questions that the other guy didn't ask about what I wanted on my sandwich. Over all:Jackson 10/10Other guy 2/10

This place is great if you like veggie subs. They put two slices of meat, forget the cheese and then put handfuls of toppings and nasty lettuce. I'm now reminded of why I stopped eating here. Bread and vegetables isn't my idea of dinner. Jersey Mikes is 1000x better and actually has flavor.

Worst Tuna sandwich at this location. Called acting Manager to complain. Completely dismissed my concerns and blamed other Subway locations that they are incorrectly making sandwiches. Basically saying other locations don’t properly give the correct amounts of ingredients . My tuna sandwich looked like a flat bread with hardly any tuna. Especially now the prices have gone up and now we have to deal with lack of ingredients . Moving my business to Jersey Mikes.

On paper and on app my order was correct but after pick up. Everything was wrong. Mixing topping on wrong sandwiches. If you order on the app make sure to check the food before you leave. This was by far the worst experience.

Great staff! The girls that were working were very nice and friendly. I tried to use a coupon for a speciality sandwich and the girl said I couldn't but she would ring it up differently so I can get the cookies included! Great meatball sandwich!

Had 3 people ahead of me which was no big deal. The two guys working were very nice and doing the best they could. My problem was with the "manager" who contributed nothing. Apparently she let the steamers run completely dry so she busied herself with filling those which should have taken all of two minutes, complained about her knee hurting and just walked back and forth to the back. Never once helped with the customers either making sandwiches or ringing up orders. I waited for 25 minutes to be waited on. I guess go here if you want to wait that long. Food was ok.

Update: Did an online order and it wasn't even started yet when I arrived at pick up time.Place has gone down hill since it opened. Kids never get the order right.
