Got my burrito supreme and it wasn’t even folded into a burrito, it was folded in half like a taco and plum fool of red spicy sauce of some sort and it took way too long to get my order , it felt like 20 drive through orders were made first, and the boy ringing my order up couldn’t even work the cash register. Not going back to this location.

This location is garbage. I've had two door dash orders from here arrive without drinks and one with meal items missing. When I spoke to the manager they said "This happens pretty frequently because the orders get put out and picked up before you're order is ready". I was told if I wanted to drive into town I could get two free drinks. 🤣🤣 No thanks, you will not have my business again. I wish zero stars were an option.

I did an online order yesterday in the parking lot, pulled up in drive thru. He ask me to pull up front for fresh potatoes. So I did. Waited outside for almost 10 minutes. Then I went inside and he apologized and said there weren't enough potatoes so they had to drop more again. Finally got my food. Got in drive thru @1111 and left to go at 1142a. I ask for some more chicken nugget sauce and I heard the shift lead her name is Alexis say that I need to be charged and I said on top of the half hour I already weighed it and she said no it's fine she was very condescending to the drive-thru worker and very mean I wanted to say something to her then it's inappropriate and then when I got home the potatoes were amazing and fresh except the rest of my food was cold. I called today ask for a manager Rebecca said she was the manager on duty I told her what happened she didn't ask my name what the order was or anything all she said is she would talk to Alexis. I even told her I didn't want to go above and beyond to go be a Karen but this is ridiculous. I've been in the fast food industry for a long time everybody has a bad day but this is crazy.

It's taco bell. I have not eaten taco bell for quite a few years now but for some reason, I really wanted a chalupa. It wasn't bad. I know plenty of people that love the food, so stop by and check them out.
