I ordered on the app while I was in the parking lot. The food was pretty much ready by the time I got to the front of the line. The service was great. The person at the window was very friendly. Most of the food was good. But I ordered the new chicken crispanada so I can try it for the first time. Let me tell you, nothing but disappointment. Its almost $4, and it is not very big at all. That wouldn't be a problem, except for the fact that there was at least 400% more air inside of it than the chicken filling. The flavor was fine, the texture was great. But the amount of meat in there for a $4 menu item was absolutely atrocious. Swing and a miss on this one, at least at this location.

I guess others didn’t feel the same, but as a local who’s been to this TB many times, I can only say the best things about it: the service is excellent, the food is actually pretty good; the ambiance is well lit, the bathrooms are clean, and so I must give this five star review.

Customer service here is bad, who wants to wait till they come to the counter to take your cash after using the stupid self checkout.. they need to be removed, us customers should be greeted from the counter . Poor

I am judging against other Taco Bells I've been to. This was clean, the food was hot and tasty. They weren't particularly crowded, but it was still nice that they brought my food out to me. The only negative was that the tables felt crowded to me.
