We never saw the bottom of our glasses, she was upbeat, friendly, and polite.They had tortilla chips with salsa and bean dip while you wait for your food. The salsa is mild and the bean dip is decent. It is blended beans and cheese. Only complaint is the tortilla chips had a strange after tasteThe fajitas here are next level amazing. They put some kind of sauce on the chicken, beef, and shrimp fajitas. We could not get enough of it.The enchiladas were delicious. The red sauce didn't have a strong flavor like other places but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. The flavor that was there was savory.The French fries nachos had extra crispy fries. All the ingredients blended together very well. Only complaint was the pico de gallo had to much raw onion for my taste.The Crunchy beef (carne asada) taco was good but like the tortilla chips it had a strange after taste.

Amanda was our server and she was fantastic and very attentive. Good was excellent. $1.99 margaritas were good for the price.
The burritos only had meat, no salsa Fresca, bean, rice, or any other ingredients. The bathroom didnt have towlet paper. It appears to be more of a drinking than eating place. On top of it all we all had stomach problems hours later!

Went to Taco Giro to get some seafood. We were sat down, chips and salsa. A soda and Pina Colada were ordered. Soda came, but not the Pin Colada. Others were sat down, and their orders were taken before us. We had to ask someone if they were going to the our order. The waitress arrived, and I asked about my drink. She did not put it in. So now, unfortunately, we got up and left. They did not charge us for the soda and chips.
Drinks are good, great for apps and alcohol. I have issues with the shrimp. Doesn't look like it's been sliced and properly cleaned. It's still got the feces line in it. They don't have hot salsa either. The salsa I'm probably being a little extra about. But shrimp not being thoroughly cleaned was definitely an issue for me. Otherwise the tacos are good. Just avoid the seafood? Kinda odd to say since that's apparently what they specialize in...

This my first sampling here, and I an IMPRESSED. Very large colorful food & drink menu you would never expect in a small town restaurant. Service was very fast and my margarita was perfect. The combo plate I order had plenty of food, perfectly portioned and tasty. Can't believe I didn't try this restaurant sooner.

I had to downgrade my rating. Recent change of ownership, and I feel like I'm eating at a Mexican restaurant in North Dakota. Ambiance is different now. I hope they can make it, but I'll give them more time to get going before I return.
