So- we are out here for work and are staying in a hotel out here in Welltin AZ. Lucky for us, there is this bar called The Desert Penguin. The first night here was the tell. Good service, cold beer, and good food. They had live music last Saturday, and that band rocked. Well, today we discovered they have an upstairs with corn hole and a bar and TV's and plenty of seating. I guess we were having too much fun at the downstairs bar-lol. I'm giving this a 4 star because yesterday our group came in, ordered drinks and food and the waitress told us they ran out of french fries but we could order onion rings or coleslaw...but at a cost of 1.99 upcharge. Hello why make the consumer pay more when they ran out of ff?? If you want people to come back that charge should not have been made.
