As my wife and I walk in this TA. Our nose could smell the bagels and shmear. We order 4 farmhouses. Ms Seleste, with ninja skills, she cut into that rich bagels. With ham, bacon, egg and cheese place prefect on the bagel. Top with a smooth creamy shmear. Thank you for a great breakfast.

We have stopped several times for breakfast sandwiches on bagels and have been very good every time. The service has been excellent as well.

This was our last try. Hours are posted as open until 3pm. We stopped in at 12:58pm last Tuesday and were told that they were closed, that they close at 1. We had stopped in a week ago the previous Saturday at 12:35pm only to be told they were closed. We travel between Golden Valley and Vegas frequently and were excited to have Einstein's close as we had visited frequently while living in Utah. Well, 3 out of 4 stops in this shop have been bad. .The first time, service was horrible. The employee must have been having a bad day because she didn't seem to want to be there at all. This was the same person who told us they were closed at 12:35pm on a Saturday. The 2nd time we visited, we actually had good food and good service. And now the last 2 visits, place was closed. We'll just stop into the Carl's Jr. next door instead. Both times there, after being turned away at Einstein's, the food has been fresh and they have great service.

Wow. I normally like Einsteins but ended up waiting 30 minutes for an order that was skipped over by the bagel craftspeople. Requested a refund. They provided a refund for the bagels but took payment for our drinks. No apologies from the staff. Just a normal interaction for them. Really disappointing!!!

If i could give 0 stars i would. We are local. We moved here from NY. Just paid $10 for two bagels with cream cheese. Rediculous. What a rip off. This is one greedy business. Never again.

Ugh!!!! Posted menu says $1.99 per bagel. When they ring you up it is $2.49. Smears are $2.49 and you get about a tablespoon of it. Bait and switch. If the bagels were only stale it would have been a blessing. They were rock hard. The woman behind the counter knowingly sold me rock hard bagels. The only have a few different flavors. And only have bagels and smears. No sandwiches, etc. 4 bagels almost $12.00 Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. The owner of this franchise must think truckers and tourist, and locals, will buy anything. Shame on the owners.
