I frequent this Terribles simply bcs it's the complete opposite of its name. It's the BEST. Why? NO TOURIST. NO TOURIST PRICES. NO TOUR BUSES. LOTS OF PARKING. The store manager is ALWAYS a friendly welcome.

Strange staff. Woman behind the counter wouldn’t greet anyone. I stopped for an energy drink and snacks. My wife needed to use the restroom; it was disgusting by the way. Woman scanned my items and stared at me. I paid and I asked her for a bag since I purchased several items but she just stared at me with a blank stare. I waited for my wife to help me. We were just passing by and I wasn’t going to allow her to ruin our afternoon. The man behind me, similar scenario. It’s a shame since Terrible’s in Quartzite, AZ is awesome !

TA Express nearby had NO line-NO wait! (See my review for TA.) Shopped several stores in the area. This was only store with long line for cashier. May be different at all other times.

Don’t panic if you don’t stop ? by the Last Stop sign while you are on your way to Grand Canyon… Terrible’s is a Good spot for a break on your way to Grand Canyon … It has clean Toilets ? facilities… Good Cooffee

Considering it is out in the middle of nowhere, this is a great place to stop. Worth finding and heading in if you are looking for an alternative to Loves or Pilot.

It says on a sign on the door that they are open 24/7 yet the doors were locked for two hrs tonight no sign on the door as to why just locked I really appreciate wasting my gas and time
