Hand rolled tortillas,m. I had a vegetarian burrito with whole beans, so no lard.
It was simple but really good.
Would give 6 stars if I could.

Stopped here on a long road trip and was very glad to have found this food truck. Tacos were some of the best I’ve ever had. There were lots of options to choose from, and they all looked good. We got a variety and as expected, they were delicious. There was even a table and chairs in the shade, which was a nice touch to be able to relax and eat. Service was great too
