We had not eaten at an Arby’s in years but we are traveling and it was convenient. I ordered 2 regular beef and cheddar sandwiches, 2 med curly fries, and an 8 pc jalapeño popper. $28. To go. The order came out in less than 2 min. Everything was cold and soggy. We heated sandwiches in the microwave, the fries went in the trash. Disgusting. The poppers were barely edible. Tasted like they had been made hours ago. We won’t be eating at Arby’s again.

2 stars for the ridiculous cost of a small kid cup shake, you say it's regular size. There is nothing regular about a 4 inch tall cup shake that cost 5 dollars. 4.89 for not even 12 ounce shake. Highway robbery. Corporate robbery of the public.

I ordered the Buffalo Chicken wrap...recieved one with honey mustard instead. The chicken in the wrap was mostly crust/batter and tasted of old oil. Very bad after taste. The fries had to be at least an hour old...hard and dry. I feel like I wasted $14.57. Very disappointed.

We were given 3 $10 gift cards for Christmas and it is now July. We have not been able to use them. They keep saying their machine is broken. This is very poor customer service. Could you please get your machine fixed as we live here and would like to support your store, #5831.

Truck driver here, I’m quite impressed with this location overall! The staff here offered amazing service with smiles and great quality food! I I travel all across the US and this is the best Arbys I’ve been to thus far!
Was not able to get food stood for over 10 minutes waiting to order. Was told several times it's gonna be a minute before being told we would have to wait until they took care of the people in the drive thru. If the employees are not able to manage the store efficiently they should not be left alone to run the store.

I arrived in the middle of night ready for a nice Reuben sandwich. They fixed me some chicken and some mozzarella sticks on 2 for 6 special, fresh and tasty. Positive greetings, friendly staff for it being so late or early. The place was spotlessly clean Great job Yazy. It's located inside the Love's, better than average cuz I've been to a few of these Arby's inside laws This is the best one I've come across. ?????

Had a smokehouse brisket sandvich for 8$ and there was so small amount of meat that it seamed like I ate just a bun. A manager said they put standard 3oz. I don't know ... I often order this food all over USA and never got dissappointed like here. I hate places where they try to make money by shrinking protein in meals.
