Glad I finally found this place inside Love’s. Had missed seeing it for a couple of years while working in Willcox. Haven’t had a bad experience yet. Speed of service, quality of food, and friendliness of the staff have all been very very good. Not the most inexpensive fast food in town, but certainly light years ahead of BK and McDonald’s for the food quality, taste, and freshness.

Alicia was working and I’m not sure what other staff member but they forgot to put the egg and cheese on my egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and just gave me a plain biscuit. Waste of money and time.

We had not eaten at an Arby’s in years but we are traveling and it was convenient. I ordered 2 regular beef and cheddar sandwiches, 2 med curly fries, and an 8 pc jalapeño popper. $28. To go. The order came out in less than 2 min. Everything was cold and soggy. We heated sandwiches in the microwave, the fries went in the trash. Disgusting. The poppers were barely edible. Tasted like they had been made hours ago. We won’t be eating at Arby’s again.

2 stars for the ridiculous cost of a small kid cup shake, you say it's regular size. There is nothing regular about a 4 inch tall cup shake that cost 5 dollars. 4.89 for not even 12 ounce shake. Highway robbery. Corporate robbery of the public.

I ordered the Buffalo Chicken wrap...recieved one with honey mustard instead. The chicken in the wrap was mostly crust/batter and tasted of old oil. Very bad after taste. The fries had to be at least an hour old...hard and dry. I feel like I wasted $14.57. Very disappointed.

We were given 3 $10 gift cards for Christmas and it is now July. We have not been able to use them. They keep saying their machine is broken. This is very poor customer service. Could you please get your machine fixed as we live here and would like to support your store, #5831.
