I had an excellent experience with the young lady thay helped us in the drive thru. I should have gotten her name- it was an 8pm issue shift- anyhow, she was super nice, her attitude was amazing, amd she went out of her way to get us a side of bbq (I would have been totally ok without it), but she took the time to go the extra mile...excellent customer service- hope she gets recognition

Horrible service every time I come here. They try to trick management by making EVERY SINGLE CAR park behind the restaurant to wait for food. 30 minutes for 1 sandwich when you’re not at all busy is ridiculous. Fire everyone, the employees suck.

Let’s start with the customer service, poor. We must of stood at the register for 10 minutes while 3 employees used the register and walk passed. A simple hi can you please wait we be with you soon goes a long ways. But this is nothing new with this town. Most places here was never taught basic people skills. Ok now the food, god forbid they got your order right. Unfortunately this is probably the better fast food hamburger place. I would say 3 out of 5 times your order would be wrong.

Not sure why the google page says 11 if it’s 10pm and no one is answering the drive thru . Myself and two cars behind me had to leave . Update your hours or at minimum tell the people in the drive thru you’re closed
