Easily the worst service I’ve ever received at a fast food joint. Stood in the drive thru line for a solid 5 minutes before the line moved. Gave up and went across the street for food. Beyond confused how you inbred freaks you call employees can take so long to heat some food up. Either way this place needs to be condemned for wasting my valuable time.

Ok , I can actually say that I've been to the worst Carl's Jr. In the state of Arizona. Ordered double western bacon burger large w/ fries $17. I got a sandwich that came with half an onion ring, no bbq sauce and a container with bits and pieces of fries. The roof inside the building looks like it's ready to cave in. This place is terrible! If your gonna raise your prices fine, at least give us what we pay for!

i had a great experience at this place, i was served very well and the food was good for those busy days, it's worth to mentioning that the employee Yarene Castillo she always has a great attitude towards customers and is very friendly.
Told to pull off to the side waited twenty minutes for them to make fried zucchini I'm pretty sure cooking your own food would be faster also mediocre food

Very disappointed today 😞 there was a elderly couple standing at the counter for a long time never spoken to or helped from the employees they were tired of waiting and left. they had a really hard time getting around . There was three or four people working at the time and they didn't seem very busy. The least someone could have done was acknowledged them and told them I'll be right back to get your order.
