Atmosphere was great,had the #3 combo, wasn’t impressed with the flauta or enchiladas, chicken taco was good, beans and rice were good as well. Tostadas were good and the shrimp fajitas for the price, were a little disappointing. The salsa bar was great and service/environment of the place was great. Will definitely try again next time I’m in town.

Stopped here during a road trip. I love food from this part of the States, but this just wasn’t it for me. $31 for very bland food…. The rice was good and the servers were amazing. Thats about it.

Thank you for serving our rehearsal lunch. Everything was excellent and I heard everyone commenting on how great the food was from the fajitas and tacos to the chips and salsa and churros. All of the staff was friendly and professional.
Visiting Wilcox to do some wine tasting and wanted to grab some lunch. One of the wineries suggested Isabels and it was an excellent choice!! We sat ourselves and were promptly greeted by our server with a basket of chips and salsa. The chips are light and salty, just right, and the salsa had a good amount of heat without being overpowering. They currently only have a liquor license for beer and wine. I ordered the grilled shrimp tacos and my husband had the chili rellanos. Both were delicious!! You get 3 tacos filled with plenty of shrimp. I ordered the beans which have a little bacon instead of the refried beans, they were bursting with flavor. The chili rellano was perfectly cooked and well stuffed with cheese. My husband said it was the best rellano he's ever had. They also have a salsa bar with a variety of salsas and pickled veggies. The decor is charming Mexican. A definite must if you're in Willcox!
