No more cashiers. So now you can only get what they want you to. A staff was rude as hell when I asked for help. Don’t waste your time. Go to the subway or the sit down restaurant.

Manager was rude. They forgot some things in our order then had an attitude like I’m lying about it. Seriously!!! The fries were cold and dippers is just basically breading. The wrap was gross! We waited awhile to get order. Get it together Popeyes!! Not again

I grab food here when I pass through a few times a year. The employees over the years have always been great. But now, they are forcing you to use giant self-order screens at the counter, which took 2x longer than giving an order to an employee. All while an employee stands there waiting for you to complete the order. And, I was going to pay in cash, which you can't do at the screen, so an employee still had to find my order in the system (took quite a while) and take my payment.
The employees are great, it's not their fault that management and corporate are pushing these self-order machines on the customer.

Avoid this Popeyes. Over priced to the max. Stale food, rock hard biscuits. $15 for 5 chicken tenders without a drink or side. Stale chicken tenders, tasted hard and rubbery. Biscuit could have shattered a window.
Just get gas and continue on, save yourself the financial burden of eating garbage.

Had to call out the Big Box Special they did not promote- on Web Site, and Cashier's Box. But, once done, all was good.
