Stopped for gas on a Sunday. The pump was running very slow. I’m 60 and my first job was pumping gas. I know how it works. js After 5 minutes I went in to report it to the clerk. She said no one else had reported it and there was nothing she could do about it. There seemed like a bit of an attitude. Customer service should sound more like, I’ll make note of it and let my manager know. On Monday, I did try to call the store multiple times to speak with someone, but there was no answer or voicemail. I don’t often make negative reviews but the attitude displayed by the store representative was not good customer service. Not being able to contact the store manager with today’s technology is incredibly disappointing.

Today I was at this Speedway in Willcox, AZ, about 6pm. The station was busy. My husband is bilingual, and was talking to a man at the next pump. The man went into the store to pay. And was he was speaking spanish inside to other customers. The clerk told the group, "You will have to stop speaking spanish or I will have to ask you to leave." Two of the men came out, and told my husband about this, my husband went into the store telling the clerk in front of everyone "You can't be telling these people not to speak their language. There was one of the customers that apologized to the group saying "I am sorry you had to hear that". Just think if all the Spanish people stopped going there, would he have a job. I would say over 75% of the business is Hispanic. Word travels fast in a small town. The employee showed no remorse for his discrimination .

Great gas prices. But only 4 of 8 pumps are working.

Well I called your store and asked your clerk Melissa for a price on some Zig Zags and replied she can't give out that information. Second time having a bad experience with your employees. Misty is the only good employee you have there. You folks are gonna lose customers.

They have the best priced fountain drinks. Problem is that their price reflects the quality low price low quality product. I saw solid black particles in my Dr. Pepper.

Tried to do a split payment of $3.00 and $0.21.*it says declined* before my contactless card was even registered by the terminal.Yup. Sure.

I stopped to get gas, used the disgusting bathroom.....Terrible, I was so disappointed in the nasty dirty state of the toilet and floor???
