Starbucks as a whole is just Dumb!!! Ask for my Friday pastries to go, lady literally removes them from sealed bag to place them in a paper bag, after I told them I wanted them to go! I asked her why she would do that? Made no sense…she stated that is what Starbucks wants her to do! So let me get this straight Starbucks, no straws, but if you ask for one it’s a paper straw in a plastic bag! What sense did it make to use two bags for a desert treat! Your frozen pastries are not that special that you need to remove them from a plastic bag to display them…what good is that for the environment??? Just dumb!

I was feeling sick and just needed a small black coffee and the girl wouldn't walk 5 ft to get one she told me to go to end of counter. She wasn't doing anything! Yea I think they deserve a raise up and out the door. I guess being in a wheelchair wearing a heart monitor doesn't move them to work. I left!

Alex was the best part of my experience. She was amazing, she was nice, and we spent the entire time I was there talking about what we have in common. She was quick taking my order, and quick making it, and she made exactly what I ordered. If/when I come here again, I hope she's there.
