Wth.?. I ordered a 12" Roasted Garlic, which is $12.49+tax.
I had it cut in half and paid separately for the now 2 6" subs. The 6" subs were $8.49+tax each.
Making the 2 6"subs $5.00+tax more expensive than a 12" sub.??. I haven't visited a Subway in 2 years. I guess I won't be doing business with them again anytime soon, if ever again.
Debated whether to stop in, and so glad we did! Even though it was near the end of the shift and they were tired, Yulissa and Julia went above and beyond and accommodated our request! We really savor how sweet they are and how much the sandwich is too :-)
I normally like this place, but 07/17/23 at 0635 I met the most unfriendly person I have ever met in a sandwich business. Receipt said her name was Marcela, but she didn’t wear a name tag, for good reason. Just rude, slapped the toppings on my footling like it’s garbage. Wanted a little bit of Mayo, she pumped half a bottle in my Sandwich. No breads, only one kind available. If that woman is there again, I will go some place else. I felt like my order farther bothered her. This woman should not near any customers and needs to be fired. A shame, since the other workers there are friendly, and this rude woman ruins it for all!

The sandwiches are always excellent. The staff is kind and eager to serve. Even in busy times, they show patience. The food is always fresh. In my years of being s customer, they have never been "out" of veggies. The volume of customers and the different food services sharing the dinning results in not the cleanest area in peak hours.
Vegetarian options: If you want it, they got it. I'm not a vegan
Dietary restrictions: Good and fresh food.

Worst subway ever! They never have any food!
This Subway is located at a truck stop. We stopped in around 9pm. We decided to have subway, which normally is ok. The sandwich was ok, but the staff just seemed unhappy to be there. I'm sorry, you don't want to be at work at least put on a fake smile and don't mumble. Just a total turnoff.
We went to the Willcox Subway on 6-25-2022. They had a sign set up that said due to nationwide shortage they are out of Ham, Turkey, Rost Beef. This is a common occurance but the Subway in Safford, and Benson are fully stocked. Why should patrons go to a restaurant that never has food that is on the menu? It is a waste of my time to go to this Subway when we cant get the sandwitches that they have on the menu.
rude employees

Worst customer service ever. Shouldn't hire people that don't enjoy their job. Girl with braces coughing and yawning on food. Never again shouldn't even get 1 star.
I was told they soak there meat in hot water to thaw out the meat. I have eaten there twice. One when we moved here, then my husband and I got sick. Then I had to today to hopefully retry it but I got sick again. I would not recommend anyone to go the this subway. Employees are very disrespectful. If you don't like your job then don't work there.
How hard is it for people to find another job if making a sandwich aggravates them, worst attitude by a subway employee by far nasty place disrespectful place
Beware. One of the employees has a bad attitude. She use the nasty wet knife that is stored in a washing cup to cut and make your sandwich. The nasty knife was so wet that it made the bread wet and soggy where the cut was made. Disgusting… watch them when they make your sandwich. I had the sandwich remade by one of the nicer employees. Likely that employee was a manager. This subway location could use a Retail Food Safety inspection.
Visited July 6, 2021. Clean, all staff masked. Lupita was very pleasant, efficient, and made us a superb tasty sandwich. Great experience all round.
