We loved it! We splurged on the prime rib....OMG it was perfect! Tender, juicy and flavorful! We tried the Texas twinkies and loved them too! The owner came around and checked on everybody. Service was fantastic, never had an empty drink.

We get a typical American cheeseburger with fries here. Fries are a little bit hard and crunchy. The rest of the food and service are average. Anyway, the location is pretty good and the atmosphere is cozy. Suggested if you are passing through Williams.

Pub crawl around Williams brought us to Branding Iron. Nice brews in a relaxed Williams establishment!

This is a great local bar in Williams. Great food and cocktails and the bartenders here are absolutely awesome. They also have some really cool rooms to stay in as well.

TLDR Cliff Notes: Unbelievably poor service, unable to comment about the food as a result.A very unfriendly server approached our table about 20 mins after seating us and took our food and drink orders, but no offer of appetizers and no indication that drinks would be delivered right away... at a steakhouse? That was a clue about what was to follow. After being ignored by staff walking back and forth for about 15 - 20 mins and still no drinks, we requested waters; they brought 6 for a party of 10. After another while and still no drinks, a staffer came out with our entire ticket in hand to let 2 in our party know the items they had ordered were not available, which led us to conclude no orders had been input 45 mins or more after they had been taken. The restaurant was NOT busy, but still we sat just waiting and waiting, empty-handed except for water. When we finally questioned them about our orders after over an hour of this, they said it was "almost done"; no apology or reason given and still no offer to bring drinks or appetizers. Finally, after being patient to a fault and having a fun evening with friends turn to irritation, we'd had enough and let them know we were leaving. As a result, unfortunately, I cannot give an opinion about the food.

Restaurant order goes to the saloon at the corner. Called in order for loaded tat and ended up cancelling the order after waiting over an hour for it, after we called it in. The staff totally ignored us walking in...walked up to the bar the the bar tender made us wait till finally acknowledging us. Bad service!!

The place could be a little gem "but" the employee John is another story, treated there female staff members poorly as well as the customers, we had to send our steaks back due to they were still freezing raw John came back out with one steak and was rude to the whole table as if it was our fault the steaks weren't cooked, John started yelling at the table and was very aggressive, very poor customer service and a very poor work environment for the serving staff, hopefully in the future there able to find better management,,
