Melanie makes a mean authentic Bloody Mary! Yum! She also made us her delicious version of a watermelon margarita, a Blue Curacao cocktail of her creation! The best and delightful conversationalist!

I thought that the service was exceptional. The environment was clean, friendly hospital. I was met where I was at, and I am coming back for sure and telling everybody about it. Thank you, Melanie.

I loved bearizona park but the waitress was miserable didn’t look at us had an odor that was very strong and told us to shut up under her breath told us to go to the bar to order and was making faces the whole time to us. Horrible service

Canyonlands Restaurant inside Bearizona Wildlife Park delivered a frustrating and poorly coordinated dining experience.

Upon entering, I was directed by staff to place my food order at the bar on the opposite side of the restaurant. After waiting for the bartender to finish with the group ahead of me, I discovered that all the menus at the bar had already been taken. When I pointed this out, the response felt noticeably irritated rather than helpful.

I ordered a cheeseburger and fries based on what I could recall from the main menu up front. After ordering, I was asked where I would be sitting, pointed out a visible booth nearby, and was given a table number. However, when the food runner arrived with my order, the bartender had no idea where my table was, despite me being seated in clear view just a short distance away. This highlighted a clear lack of coordination between staff.

Adding to the frustration, the main ordering area reopened shortly after I ordered, making the initial redirection feel unnecessary.

The food did not redeem the visit. The cheeseburger was dry and noticeably overpriced for the quality.

While the restaurant's theming and atmosphere are genuinely well done and were the highlight of the stop, the poor service and disorganized operations made the overall experience frustrating.

There are better dining options to consider when visiting the park.

What they don't tell you is that you have to pay to get into bearizona in order to get to the restaurant. Between entry and the overpriced lunch, we paid $100. Food was mediocre as was the service. Park is cute for maybe half a day visit, but pricey.

Amazing atmosphere dining in a canyon (man made). Had the Navajo Taco which was excellent. Great friendly employees who constantly check on you.

With the wildlife tours, either self driven or take the the tour with their driver on a bus. The animals are right out the windows. After it is over, lunch and drinks of the children friendly or adult kind. Service and food is great. Enjoy a good meal.

Would have cost $56 for 2 of us to get into the park first and then go to the restaurant.

Obviously, it’s a little overpriced like everything these days, but the atmosphere and everything. It’s right outside the front door makes up for it!
