Horrible service, takes forever to even order, they seat you and forget about you. The food used to be good here but never fresh anymore.
This was recommended by a local. Definitely good and we will try again the next time we visit! Love the live music!
Good taste of americana
Walked in here in the afternoon, not too busy, no instructions on where to order, who to see, we had to bug an employee who was cleaning some equipment, other staff were not very friendly or approachable, we had to wait until someone was available to seat us. The restaurant was warm and uncomfortable inside, so much that the ice cream in the coolers looked soft and thawed. Once seated we were given the menus, not much to choose from but most of the food was ridiculously expensive, starting at $18 for a basic hamburger up to $26 for other items. We reviewed the menu and even if we wanted to order nobody ever came over to help us. We eventually walked out and went down the street to Goldie's, best decision ever. This place seems like a tourist trap with their outside aesthetic and live music (comparable to the haunted hamburger in Jerome). I would not recommend, there are much better places in town to eat than here.
Service was a little slow.. we had to wait several minutes for someone to come to our table and give us our cups, and then longer again to get our check to pay. However, our food arrived pretty quickly and was pretty good! We got the brisket sandwich (very good, and a good portion of fries came with it), canyon nachos (also tasty, we just wished there more toppings and a bit more meat, and that the meat was chopped a bit more because we had to use forks to pull some back to the plate so it wasn't a huge bite of meat) and the Asian flavored wings (not terrible, but my youngest whose been looking for wings on oue vacation was happy). Overall, a decent dinner choice!
Only there for the looks.
Walking in for the first time, entered through the gift shop cool gift shop and atmosphere. No one greeted us we had to go find someone to help us. We had to wait for the lady behind the counter to finish cleaning before she would help us. I noticed there was a couple standing out side for quite a bit, no one was tending the hostess stand outside by their main entrance. The woman who did finally helped us was practically running to the table and didn’t keep an even pace with us. Very hot and uncomfortable inside.
We sat there for about ten minutes and still no one came to our table to greet us. We got up and left. Disappointing.
Having a taste test in the kitchen while customers are waiting to have their drink orders taken and customers piling up at the door to be seated... Sitting where we can see right into the kitchen and watching while no one washes their hands. Soda fountain tastes like it hasn't been cleaned in forever. Food is just EH. Nothing great. Flat out going to say it. THE SERVICE SUCKS!!!! First and last time here. 2 stars was being nice.

People were great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the price. Again, the food and people were great.
Cute place, but disappointing food.
The pulled pork nachos were good.
Fries were not seasoned at all and not crispy.
Green chili burger was dry and tasteless if you can believe it. The waitstaff was friendly and the decor was nice. We came at a busy time and had a long wait because of it.

The service was very good, the waitress was really nice and polite but the quality of the food was just not good…
Everything tasted old, from mashed potato to vegetables and meat.

They got our order wrong, the bbq was kinda good but the ribs were very bland with very little meat on the bone. Cool atmosphere though, would give birth here in case of emergency

Ambiance is fun as a route 66 diner. Food is not very good (we had 4 kids meals, 2 burgers and a salad - I wouldn't recommend any of the items) and overpriced for what was served - Kraft Mac and cheese for kids meal, corn dogs and chicken strips that were like you'd buy from the frozen food section, and average burgers We were given drinks and told where the soda fountain was in a way that made them seem part of the meal (we shouldn't have assumed that). Sadly overall I would not recommend the place nor would I go back.
