Having a taste test in the kitchen while customers are waiting to have their drink orders taken and customers piling up at the door to be seated... Sitting where we can see right into the kitchen and watching while no one washes their hands. Soda fountain tastes like it hasn't been cleaned in forever. Food is just EH. Nothing great. Flat out going to say it. THE SERVICE SUCKS!!!! First and last time here. 2 stars was being nice.

People were great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the price. Again, the food and people were great.
Cute place, but disappointing food.
The pulled pork nachos were good.
Fries were not seasoned at all and not crispy.
Green chili burger was dry and tasteless if you can believe it. The waitstaff was friendly and the decor was nice. We came at a busy time and had a long wait because of it.

The service was very good, the waitress was really nice and polite but the quality of the food was just not good…
Everything tasted old, from mashed potato to vegetables and meat.

They got our order wrong, the bbq was kinda good but the ribs were very bland with very little meat on the bone. Cool atmosphere though, would give birth here in case of emergency

Ambiance is fun as a route 66 diner. Food is not very good (we had 4 kids meals, 2 burgers and a salad - I wouldn't recommend any of the items) and overpriced for what was served - Kraft Mac and cheese for kids meal, corn dogs and chicken strips that were like you'd buy from the frozen food section, and average burgers We were given drinks and told where the soda fountain was in a way that made them seem part of the meal (we shouldn't have assumed that). Sadly overall I would not recommend the place nor would I go back.

Wayyyy over priced for Denny's style plate. Plus $4 per soda, never again.

Over hyped for what it is. The food was okay but made one of us sick that night. The service was very lacking. Nobody checked in ever until we asked for help. Our meals were all okay but nothing was worth the price they charge. It was very loud when we were there. It’s a cool place to see but peek in and then try somewhere else in my opinion. We will not go back again for anything here. Not worth it and disappointing.

This place looked so cute we stopped by coming from Texas, nobody attended us, three workers passed by as we were waiting for someone to set us, no greeting, zero acknowledgement, we left and walked out, shame.

Just like in the movies! For me, this is an absolute must-visit. This amazing diner perfectly captures the essence of being in the land of Stars and Stripes. To fully enjoy the experience, it’s a no-brainer to order a burger or some BBQ—it’s a true delight. The unlimited refills on drinks are a great bonus. While the prices are slightly above average for a place like this, it’s absolutely worth it!

We were excited to try Cruisers based on the reviews and the decore. Sadly the food was highly disappointing.
We ordered 2 milk shakes. Strawberry and Carmel pecan. The ice-cream was obviously old as the shakes had crystallized ice in the ice cream.
We ordered the bbq potato chips, a Cobb salad, western burger and pulled pork mac and cheese.
The chips were covered with a "mat" of cheese that made the chips soggy. After peeling back the cheese the flavor of the chips with the bbq was ok.
Cobb salad was made with large solid chunks of iceberg lettuce. Blue cheese and bacon crumbles were good.
Pulled pork mac and cheese was not good. The noodles had obviously just been pulled out of a water bath. Sauce was poured into the bottom of the pan and then cheese and soggy pulled pork on top. Half of the noodles did not have anything on them and the water drained into the cheese sauce as the dish settled.
The western burger was alright but expensive for the burger.
The atmosphere was very nostalgic and fun, but the food ruined the experience.
This would not be one I would never come back to
