Drove from East mesa to check out Williams for the first time today. I heard great things about this place so we decided to grab an early lunch. Awesome setup and decor with the vintage gas pumps and authentic porcelain signs. As a car collector I had to check this off my list of places to check out. The waitress was extremely short and rude. From the point of seating us at a table to bringing out our food. As we sat and waited for our food we noticed the other server and staff greet customers as they walked in with a positive attitude a professionalism. The only time she was somewhat professional was when she brought the check waiting for her tip. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Giving 3 stars due to the fact that they told us it was cash only.....we were looking forward to the experience. But that would've been alot of cash to be carrying around. Few have that on them in 2026.
If you’re cruising through historic Route 66 and want an unforgettable meal with classic Americana vibes, Cruiser’s Route 66 Cafe is a must-stop! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with that nostalgic, 50s–60s diner charm, think vintage signs, retro décor, and a lively atmosphere that really captures the spirit of the Mother Road.
The food here is fantastic! We especially loved the BBQ sampler and the juicy brisket, full of flavor and cooked just right. The menu has great variety, so there’s something delicious for everyone.
There’s also outdoor patio seating where you can soak up the sun, enjoy live music during the warmer months, and take in the Route 66 energy with your meal.
The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, perfect whether you’re stopping for lunch on a road trip, grabbing a casual dinner with friends, or just want a taste of classic Arizona hospitality. Highly recommend a visit if you’re in Williams!

We stopped here during our Route 66 trip — the place was lively, with lots of tourists mixed in with local residents. Very nicely designed venue with a great atmosphere and décor. The food was very tasty. I had a burger and it was delicious. Highly recommended!

My family and I will never be coming here again we sent 3 of our 5 plates back ordered 2 French dips the meat was dry asked for no garnish on one burger came fully loaded! Handed 5 cups we had to specify we were drinking water so we weren’t charged for each cup!! We asked for a split check they combined it and automatically added 18% gratuity beyond disappointed in that, spent over $170 dollars in 5 meals ( 2 were kids meals) we obviously know it’s a tourist attraction but for that price I expect my food to be great as well as the service!! This place needs to do better!

Most drinks were out. And we were told they were fine. (Watered down) my daughter had chicken stips were over cooked and they charged me 5 extra dollars for boxed Mac and cheese. My fries were over cooked. 8 of us eight and we DID NOT get appetizers and my bill was 240

Waited 15 minutes to be seated, and 45 minutes after the order been placed got nothing to eat. Got to leave due to our touring group is behind the schedule the . We end up having eaten nothing and continue trip. I will try every effort to avoid this restaurant. If you cant serve this much of people you don't accept the orders. Ugly greedy business.

Food was serviceable, but for the price I cant really justify it. $18 for a red robins quality burger just isn't really justified. I understand food costs etc, I worked in plenty restaurants. Just seems wild for the quality/quantity you end up getting.

Food came out cold & was way over priced. Not the experience you’d think you get from all traffic but I guess we’re all tourists. Server was nice but unfortunately we didn’t all get to eat at once I was very disappointed

We stopped by Cruiser’s Route 66 Diner about half an hour before closing, and they were still very busy, so we ended up just getting ice cream instead. Love the vibe—will definitely be back!
