You have to order food and pay first before you get the food, I know why they have you do that because the food is not that good. We had to ask for are drinks 4 time and ended up going and getting them are selfs I would not suggest this place. This is being nice!!!! I wouldn’t take my mother in law here
We were excited to try Wild West Junction during our family trip to the Grand Canyon, especially after getting a recommendation from a local vendor next door. The place has a cool western vibe from the outside — very charming and tourist-friendly. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t match the atmosphere.
When we walked in, no one greeted us. The staff just stared at us until we asked if they were open. They said yes, handed us menus, and told us to seat ourselves — no direction or welcome. It felt awkward from the start. We sat outside, hoping for a more relaxed vibe, but a few people nearby gave us uncomfortable stares that made us feel out of place. We were just a regular family trying to enjoy our vacation.
On the bright side, the waitress who took our order was kind. But the food… was hit or miss. My wife asked for a well-done burger, and it came out visibly red inside — she couldn’t eat it. The mac and cheese was extremely salty. The ribs were okay, but I had to add hot sauce to make them enjoyable. On the plus side, the fries and tater tots were good.
Overall, we left disappointed. The ambiance had potential, but the service and food didn’t live up to it. I’d rate it a 1.5 to 2 out of 5. Sadly, we wouldn’t go back or recommend it.
Good food and Dana provided amazing service. We look forward to coming back.
Really great servings ....good food ...wish I took pictures... excellent service ....
Service- 0/5. When we walked in, we weren’t greeted. When we went to the front to get a table, the lady was very uninterested, sitting on her phone. We asked if we could get a table, she handed us the menus and said “you can go there, I’ll be with you in a minute.” We went and chose our spot, waited 10 minutes. We went back inside and asked if we should order inside , she said she’d be with us in another minute. She finally did take our order
Food- 1.5/5. Mac and cheese had hair (see photo). Meat has no sauce. Extra half point for the amazing bbq sauce (I want to take a bottle home). The pulled pork was good but cold. Wings were plastic-y. Corn was good when doused with butter and pepper. Soft drink was $3 (I can get a swig drink with extra syrups for less than $3). Messed up our bill, make sure to check before you pay. Only compensation offered was to remove the Mac and cheese (which is bare minimum)
This was recommended from the Grand Canyon railway. I would not come back here
Waited for 16 minutes after being seated and no wait staff showed up. We left so I can’t rate the food.
Food was great but the service was horrible
best restaurant ever!!!
Went there this evening, older lady in the restaurant walked out without explaining anything to us. We were not the only people waiting for service. We walked over to the bar and appeared to be an inconvenience as well. We left. We will never recommend or return to this place. We are regular visitors to Williams and live locally.
We stayed here for the Williams Route 66 car show weekend and I am mixed on the review. The food is always great and the BBQ is really tender and cooked right. It does take a while to get your order taken and your food depending on how busy they are so they get a pass with as crowded as it was for the show. We have been there several times and the food is always consistently good.
The room was decent and clean but the AC didn't work very well if it all, the toilet was draining really slow and the electrical seemed sketchy. A lot of people seemed to stand in the back alley to smoke pot, and that is ok but not my thing and I didn't appreciate the smell. I don't know if I would stay there again unless there were no other options. We only choose to stay there so that we could park our show car on the street and be close to our room.

Had the Nachos and sirloin steak- both were really good. Will definitely go back!
After a long drive from Phoenix to Williams we decided to stop here for dinner before we headed back home. You have the option of sitting inside or outside on the picnic tables. The weather was so nice so of course we opted to sit outside and it did get quite cold as the sun disappeared, so bring warm clothing. The service here was great and even though we waited a while for our food it was worth it! I am a steak girly, but I decided to try the bbq rib basket and it was fall off the bone delicious! My ribs came with a side of fries and those were so good! My daughter had the NY strip which was cooked perfectly. You can get some drinks to keep your body warm while you wait and we were lucky enough to watch a performance on the street of some Outlaw gun fighters. Can’t wait to go back and explore more.
Nothing was open but there is plenty to take in outside
The service and food was fantastic!
Thank you for the wonderful company and delicious thanksgiving dinner.
