The sign said wait to be seated but didn't realize I was going to wait that long. Several of the staff were putting the silverware in napkins at the counter and ignoring customers. When the waiter finally came over and gave us our menus she took a long time before coming to take our orders. When we got our food it was cold the taste was good though. When we finished we had to wait 10 minutes or more before the waiter came to give us our check. I thought it was overpriced for the service.

Typical American diner. You can serve the soda directly from the dispenser and the waiter brings you the food. Family atmosphere, very well decorated in Route 66 style. We ordered two sandwiches, one with chicken and the other with shredded pork. They come accompanied with fries. Abundant and tasty portion, recommended after spending a day in the Grand Canyon!

I would have given at least three stars but when I received a bill of 56 dollars including a minimum tip of 20% for two burgers I got really angry. Everywhere fries are included in the meal, not here. I ate much better in Mammoth at a similar place and spent $33. I also spent less in San Francisco. I'm sorry but, if I return to this country, I will never come to you again. Thank you.

Huge disappointment. The lady at reception could only say 'follow me'. Ordered drinks first, oh no... you can't get it yourself. The food was very greasy and the hamburger cold. No cutlery, we had to get it ourselves. Crappy restaurant, unsuitable and uninterested staff.

We tried to have lunch here on Monday 9/18/23, but after waiting for 5 minutes to be seated, the “hostess” told us that we had to be able to pay with cash only before seating us. Unfortunately, we didn’t have cash so we couldn’t be seated.

We visited this wonderful place after our trip from Grand Canyon. Staff was so polite! Service is perfect! The soup of the day was Meatball. It was so good! Burgers Smoked Long Horn was so delicious. My family was happy to visit this dinner place.
