Passing through Williams, I found this nice sandwich spot that makes really good eggplant sandwich. I also tried the macaroni salad which was amazing.

Perfect find after a long day traveling. The sandwiches and cookies were delicious and the woman who served us was delightful! We try to eat clean as a family and the food tasted very fresh! Gluten free bread was good too. Also cookies were actually baked in house and a big hit with the kids.
