Fred Harvey Restaurant

This was our second visit and it was as good as the first one. The food was excellent and the service was equally excellent.

We were here for 3 nights, Brisket was the only option. Aside from the chicken nuggets and mini corn dogs. Service staff was great, kitchen staff not so much. Pasta guy under cooked our shrimp, so that did not stay down long.

A short trip to visit Bearizona and surrounding cities. Restaurant was disgusting and not edible.. 20 dollars a person and my daughter should have been free but we were still charged. She’s under two and didn’t even it. The cereal was even stale. plus front staff was rude. Our waitress was nice though.

Processed food. Literally not ONE healthy option. The coffee tastes like brown water, and they only offer shelf stable (chemically laden) plastic cups of cream. This place is depressing.

Very disappointed with dinner. Luckily they had chicken nuggets and French fry's for my kids. The salad was the best part however the lettuce was bruised and wilted.
We would not go again or recommend to others

I just wanted to say that our server Justice was the best, he was so efficient and friendly and made you feel welcome. Everyone was so nice there Kayla was helpful with the local beer and wine selections. The food was good too. I especially liked the little train that wound its way around the room.

The food and coffee was not good at all. I will not be eating at the buffet again. The coffee was a horrible way to start my day.

Omgosh. Cold dry food. Tasteless. $33 for this. I imagine a non buffet with a limited menu would be better. Everything we tasted we wasted. Well, my sister said the ranch dressing was good. Go somewhere else. Seriously.

It's just a buffet with cold and tasteless food. Do not recommend it for the high price they charge.

As you might expect a very busy time!! and to serve excellent food in a timely manner was hard but you all did excellent

We booked a 2 night package staying with the neighboring hotel along with a train ride. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the dinner was. It’s not a 5 star restaurant, but it’s fresh, and tasty. The pasta bar was really nice. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Our server Phil was very pleasant and was very prompt and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who comes out here.

We stayed here for the Grand Canyon Train package. The hotel is outstanding and the breakfast buffet was very good!!
