The food is inedible and $20 per person. :( Service is fast. Trains inside are cute.

Skip at all costs. You will be hugely disappointed hands down. Charging $30 for a wimpy salad bar with half the buffet line open otherwise. Need new management to right this ship. I can't overstate how underwhelming and disappointed we were.

The buffet the first day was decent but was terrible the second day. There were multiple items that were cold that should have been hot. The service was so so. There were also multiple items empty with nobody refilling them. For the price, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Our first time here and probably the worst foodiveever experienced

With The Polar Express voucher, this is an ok buffet, but beware that without the voucher, it's about $30 for adults, and it's not worth it. It's like hospital food.

Expensive and the food was cold and there was so many people all the stuff was empty. We barely ate anything due to lack of food and there was a bunch of hair in the desert they brought out. Was so gross save your money and eat elsewhere

I only wish they had a place like this where I lived. The food was absolutely amazing and the cheesecake was the icing on the cake!

Nice restaurant. I had the breakfast buffet. it was very good with an omelette station. It's a little pricey but they offer various discounts like military veterans and seniors

Wheelchair accessibility: There's a wheelchair ramp near the front entrance

The food was beyond disappointing. Nothing was actually hot, just barely warm. Salad bar, chicken nuggets, fries, cold beef tenderloin and something that looked like pork but we couldn't tell. And for $30/person?! I would not recommend this place. The only thing it has going for it is its convenient location, very close to the railroad hotel.

Clean, bright buffet spot with a model train and sometimes live music. I had a voucher for breakfast and dinner from my travel package. Breakfast was amazing; had any and everything I could think of plus some fun surprises like a potato cake Benedict. Dinner was super solid too, I only wish they had a non-starchy veggie option other than asparagus.
