Exceeded expectations in the Polar Express experience, food and hotel accommodations! Staff are friendly and work hard to ensure guests have a magical, heartfelt and memorable experience!
Overall great experience, food was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Food had a variety of options. It got a little confusing after the polar express experience not knowing how the buffet lines work, especially with the long line.
Pasta station guy high as a kite… stirring the food with his hand. Terrain was outstanding as our waitress. It wasn’t snowing. Food was warm and good overall. Dessert = plus. Not enough people with Christmas pjs on.
