Francie greeted us as we walked in and she is a joy!! Correct order of delicious food was delivered quickly. They were out of many items but still had everything we wanted. The rush was on but staff was organized and efficient.

I was grabbing food with my wife and my in-law. Apparently somebody didn't read the ticket correctly and didn't communicate with the crew. They give us our order in a to-go bag instead of a tray. I don't know why. The ticket obviously states that the order is for dinning in and not to-go. The Flatbread Cheese Melts weren't fully melted, not cool, not okay with that. It's a MELT for a reason. The manager got involved and remade our order asap. 2nd round, the melts weren't fully melted AGAIN. I asked the cashier if they have a microwave,just to melt the rest of the cheese. The manager told the cashier to toss the food and remake it again......somebody back there in the kitchen is either going to fast or doesn't care. 3rd time, the melts came out MELTED. It's not a hard thing to do, takes lesser time doing right the first time.

The dine in area is dirty, they did not clean the tables & floor. There was no toilet paper in Women restroom & trash cans was overload. The female employe was so rude.
