There was one guy back there making things happen this evening while three others stood around talking about how cute their shoes were and other small talk. Meanwhile, floors and tables were dirty, they didn’t give us our drink cups, and tried to give us the wrong order.
Thanks to the person who did his best to get our food to us. Everyone else in that place was a joke.

We stopped here on the way to the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas. Tried the KFC for the first time in the US. And it was good. Oil was the same quantity everywhere. But the food was very fast. We were surprised to see the food came fresh very fast, calling it fast food.

Listen this place was swamped on a Sunday night and I had 4 hungry kids and three sick adults that needed a big order and some mashed potatoes after traveling all day. The poor manager called me to inform that they probably couldn’t complete the full order, and I was devastated- and I think it came through over the phone call because he then came back with “we can see what pieces of chicken we have it just won’t be exactly what the meal includes” and that was all I needed to hear. Thank you so much for getting my family what we so desperately needed that night. Please understand that fast food AND tourist areas are really not the easiest to work in, have patience with people-we are all trying our best. ❤️

We stopped here on our way back to Vegas from the Grand Canyon South Rim. We had a coupon from Vegas but Francee honoured it. She was friendly and helpful, service was efficient. The place was clean and will definitely stop by if we happen to be in the area again.

sign said it closed at 11pm but they wouldn’t let us eat at 10pm so honestly dont bother going after ten unless you want the scary old lady to yell at you
