I have been coming to this little Gem as long as they have been running and they are amazing! I am obsessed with the Quesabirria which is a Birria Quesadilla, get the consome with it and their tacos come with the right amount of meat are delicious.In my opinion this food truck stands as the best food in this area and is as authentically Mexican as you will ever have!So if you are on your way to the Grand Canyon or coming from it stop by and try their fantastic food and it will only make everything better for your drive ahead:)
