Really disappointed. Website says they open at 630 am. Google said 7am. Door sign said 8am which luckily was when i was there. I walked in the cold to come here specifically. Really bad business

Not a clean environment. Ordered a white mocha and it had no flavoring. Would not go back.

No espresso machine, high prices, charged for cup for water.

I walked into this cafe because my grand doggy's name is Leo and I wanted a coffee drink but geeesh I was sorry I went in there. The girl wasn't personable at all. She had no personality. Where's the customer service? She looked like she wasn't paying attn to what I was saying to her. And then when she gave me the drink the color looked way too light for the flavor I asked for. I wanted a caramel frappe and it tasted like vanilla. It was terrible. I took a couple sips and threw the rest of the drink away. That was a waste of money. I was disappointed

The panini and coffee were amazing. Definitely recommend, specially if you want expresso.

Although my own daughter suggested this venue, I very much regretted having my morning coffee here with an old friend. The owner's daughter (?) served us and she was neither friendly nor particularly helpful. A very weak, diluted cup of coffee cost me $4 (my $1.43 larger McDonalds coffee the prior day was 10X better). The seating was awkward, with only a few mismatched chairs and a table, in a cluttered area, not at the appropriate level. This young woman had her toddler, who was crawling around all over the floor underfoot, shrieking at times (of course, what you would expect?), and she stood the kid up on the same counter where customers' drinks were placed. (I didn't observe much disinfecting or sanitizing of surfaces, either, which, as a nurse, I am always laser focused on.) The day care atmosphere was not conducive to relaxing and enjoying my only coffee of the day with a friend I hadn't seen in years. I'm the mother of two and like children just fine, but the baby didn't belong there (I certainly never brought my kids to work) and if this is typical for this venue, they may be dramatically limiting their clientele. I would definitely not recommend this place for a good cup of coffee (it was awful), a decent value (overpriced), nor atmosphere (a lot of ruckus with a young child who didn't belong in the workplace--not at all fair to the kid or the customers).

Yummy pastries and good coffee. I had a brief chat with the barista while I waited on my coffee. So friendly!

The lady working was the owner and she had her sweet little baby with her. I was visiting Williams for a week this summer and I wanted next-level coffee from McDonald's or another random place. I ordered a latte and it was good. I ordered a cheese pastry as well, it was okay, but it was slightly dry. She had some great music playing and the ambiance was modern, young and fun. I would like to see some new menu items next time I visit. Best of luck in your coffee business venture.

Not sure why this has such a high rating especially compared to the alternative shop in town. Here are my complaints:- espresso is bad. It’s an automatic coffee machine - not the professional type you’d expect to see in a coffee shop that advertises “espresso” on its window- no bathroom- not much place to sit and open a laptop- no wifi- food looks very mid

I got a matcha latte. It was what you'd expect. My husband got an Americano and it tasted extremely watered down. Not good.

I have to admit, it was the cat theme that got me to come here. I had a hazelnut latte that was great! I didn't get a chance to try any of the pastries, but the coffee was good enough for me.
