This store is located just south of the off-ramp of I40 in Williams, Arizona. We stopped in for a late lunch after visiting Grand Canyon National Park. This store is your standard McDonald’s restaurant you might find anywhere in the country. The one thing we do not like is that most of the McDonald’s stores have gone to the kiosk machines to order your food, but if you ask, a person will take your order at the counter. The store offers dining areas both inside and outside the store as well as the standard drive-through. Our food was delivered in a timely manner, was hot and appeared to be freshly made, which makes all the difference in the world. It was not your typical dried out hamburger patty, that had been cooked 10 minutes or more earlier and just sitting around until it is served to someone in the drive-through. There was really no interaction with any staff members, so we have no comments in reference to that aspect of the store. Finally, the restrooms are clean and there is plenty of parking around this store.

The worst McDonald’s we have ever had. Tasteless, overcooked burgers very dry to eat. The hashbrown had a hair in it which is so disturbing for food safety standards. I would not recommend this place to an enemy especially for the price you pay
