Bathrooms weren't supplied, hand driers broken. Barely staffed, they don't even have a menu over the registers, so everyone has to use the kiosks to order. Just very unimpressed, even for McDonald's.

Came during the afternoon and it was dead, first impression is the floors and seats are all dirty. I understand this during rush and short staffing but as aforementioned, it was essentially dead inside and out and there was a plethora of workers just standing around and gossiping doing essentially nothing. Shake machine was down, not their fault but just adds to the overall bad experience when things are not working properly. Food was good, but my “for here” order was served to-go, I’m assuming they are trying to get people out asap.
I was talking in an asian accent and this guy got mad and gave me only 4 chicken nuggets and unsweetened tea like dude you work at mcdonald just give me what i paid for.

Now that they have gone digital not a single employee would look at me until my order was ready. Since they aren't bothered to interact with you, you would think the place would be spotless with all that extra time they have not taking orders. Nope it was trashy and the place only had me and 1 other customer
