We got there on a Friday night and the place was empty, should have been our first clue. We got our water and there were ants in both our glasses, second clue. The waitress was very pleasant and tried to apologize. I got my salad and it was just shredded lettuce and one small slice of tomato. Husbands burger was still cold in the middle and my fried chicken was overcooked and the pieces were tiny. The vegetables were inedible mush. Don't waste your time and money.

I so badly wanted to try this place & was even willing to overlook the bad reviews because of the good ones. However, after reading all of the snarky, offensive & condescending replies by the "owner" to the people who wrote bad reviews, I have decided I will pass. I expect to get one of those, "I'm so glad you're never coming here" or "I hope you feel better" types of reply as well. That's ok. I won't be surprised. I'll just continue to take my business to Western View Steakhouse where the service & food are both excellent.

First visit here. Service was not very good, we didn't see waitress again once she delivered our food until she brought check. We both had mushroom Swiss burgers, which were definitely not anything I'd order twice here. The very large fries are obviously previously frozen, not fresh cut like the menu states, and weren't even cooked enough to get all the ice crystals out of the center. The burgers were barely edible, no flavor at all, nada! Got a side of ranch to try to make it tolerable, but it was so watered down that it had no flavor to add! Even ketchup didn't help. We were really disappointed with the entire experience, won't be back.P.s. To the derogatory response from ownership: Yes, I'm perfectly fine, and I always leave good reviews when they are warranted, food was lousy, and this wasn't one of those times!! Gave 5 stars for atmosphere, 3 for poor service and since I ate the pickle and some of the fries, 2 for food.

Honestly, one of the better eating establishments in Williams. Most of the restaurants in this town make it pretty obvious that they serve freezer food. Miss Kitty's likely uses the freezer to their advantage as well, but at least the quality of their food seems higher than most of the other restaurants in this town.Service was okay, you could tell she was really trying to get it right. Maybe a bit nervous about taking orders or was unsure about the menu. The hostess didn't care that we even walked in the door... not even a "HI, I'll be with you in a moment" as she was messing with her phone. Another lady sat us.It took a good 15 minutes to get drinks, even though we were one of only two tables in the entire restaurant. Probably another 20 minutes to get the food and not a single offer of another cocktail for the wife or I.The food... meh... Asked if my daughter was okay with a medium burger. Yes, that would be great... unfortunately the burger came out super well done and dry as a bone. The steak (ribeye) was okay. Tough like it had been frozen without being thawed properly.Overall, food options in Williams are horrible. However, this restaurant actually ranked as one of the better establishments.

Its the off season,,,,I get that....but the night we visited it was quiet yet still grossly understaffed. Apparently the chef was new to cooking steaks and all three of ours were overcooked. I asked for mine to be without sauce, it arrived with the sauce scraped off and the steak flipped over on the plate to hide the error...overall very unimpressive for the "best" steak house in town. The waitress was wonderful, the food not so much. The most disturbing part of the entire experience was being forced to sit under MAGA flags and a lifesize cutout of Trump looking down from the balcony, had I seen this prior to ordering I would have walked out. As it is,,,no, I wont be back,,,I dont recommend this place!

Not a very nice place waited to be seated, while hosts on her cell phone. Then she wented us to set right by the door. The place was not busy .we ask if we could be seated somewhere else . She said set where ever you want."Was not very nice. When we got menu, we didn't see anything that looked very appealing. Not what I would call a Steakhouse.I would not waste my time going there.

Food was delightful and servers were awesome. But it's weird seeing trump's life-size picture all over the restaurants and the kkk flag. We googled the best steak and unfortunately we landed in this restaurant but it didn't disappoint, the food was great, my husband had tomahawk or wagyu steak over $50 if i could remember and he said one of the best steak he had, the downside was just the political stuff. And all of the customers were looking at us lol maybe thinking we can't pay of all the food we ordered or maybe because of all customers we're the only people of color ??. We tried not getting bothered with it and decided that would be our first and last visit. The weirdest restaurant we've ever visited ? ?

Outstanding! We were looking for a quieter nicer atmosphere, better quality food, without Jabba-The-Hutt portion sizes. That is what you get here, unlike the cheap diner scene in the rest of the area. The large windows looking into the pine trees are really nice too.

Amazing food and great beer! We took ribeye and pork ribs and both were so juicy, soft and full of flavour! Service and atmosphere were great as well. Highly recommended!

Food tasted very good. Friendliness of the staff but the speed of the service was very bad. After a very long wait, the food was served to us before the drinks and we also waited a very long time for the bill. It's a shame because the food was delicious.

We stopped here because of the reviews. I'm so glad we did. We had the bourbon steak, garlic mashed potatoes, and Mac and cheese. It was perfect, so tender and so flavor full. I love the bourbon sauce. And if the food isn't enough the staff is fantastic. Thank you Miss Kitty for making my birthday dinner perfect.

Good staff, decent but seriously overpriced steak, terrible sides (iceberg lettuce for salad, vegetables that might've come from a can, mashed potatoes and gravy reminiscent of Banquet frozen dinners). Just a poor value, even in Williams, which is a tourist trap kinda town. This place has the potential for fun theming but not the execution. Instead, the atmosphere at Miss Kitty's is 1970s-era American Legion banquet hall. I blame a lot of that on the owners or senior managers. There's a hard-right political vibe here, and the second floor has a life-size Trump cardboard cut-out. We praised the hard-working, personable new waitress to the manager - his reply was "yeah, we'll keep her another week." In a different place, maybe that would've just felt like a poor joke. But given the right-of-Reagan atmosphere, it just felt like a vision into the employee relations attitude of this place. 35.99 for a rib eye in a place that's mostly cheap wood paneling and military banners? Won't be back.

Wonderful food made to perfection quickly. Atmosphere was friendly and our waitress Laurie was spot on. My husbands drinks tea like it’s going out of style and she never let his glass get empty. Nice way to end a long day of travel. May stop on our way back!
