Terrible service. Visiting from out of state walked in before 7:30 (close at 8pm), instead of welcoming pointed to sit to one side and to hurry up because they were closing. Went to look at the menu to order and second person told us to hurry up (less than 2min there). Rude staff. Nothing special. We left and went around the corner to Historic Brewing Company - friendly and they also have pizza.

Staff was extremely friendly. Was offered to wait a short 20 minutes or walk/shop and head back as we were doing carryout. Upon returning, we were warmly greeted a second time, food was ready and we were offered paper plates and utensils. Pizza and cheese bread were great, but we will return for the atmosphere as well. Families enjoying time together and everyone behind the counter seemed genuine and sincere.

I have a pizza factory in my hometown, and the pizza is delicious. However, my recent experience at this pizza factory was mediocre. The workers are rude. Customers came in to eat 30 mins before closing, and they turned them away. I ordered my pizza 50 minutes before closing time. After I paid and asked for plates, they said no. When I asked why, they told me it was because I would be eating the pizza there, even though I still had 30 minutes until closing.
Instead, I ordered a salad from the salad bar. They handed me a lid, indicating that I'd be taking it to go. I filled my salad bowl, sat down, and ate at my own pace. When my pizza was ready, they refused to give it to me because they knew I intended to eat it there. I told them I would leave, but then I just sat down and ate the pizza there anyway. I finished everything! Hope they respond, it'll prove my point.
Rude employees, they don’t like customers and they don’t like to provide service. They don’t like when you dine in…get your pizza and get out.

First spot we stopped at when arrived. Young mam with septum ring at counter did not great us only advised us that there was a 50 minute wait and that she could not guarantee a pizza. We left but gave it a shot again next day same time but this time the manager was there so the staff was nice and pizza was good. Be nicer ok guys this town needs people to spend money. Still giving best rating because second chances exist.

Rude workers, they stare you down while you eat, bullies! not appreciative! Please go find another job or stop running this business if you are one of the owners working there since you don't like customers! Won't be going back for sure since the pizza wasnt even good anyway!

The pizza was really good, 30$ for a xlg is way too much. I had my water bottle with me and was asked to set it aside and not drink from it, it’s a walking town, I’m sure other ppl walk around with their water. It was her attitude I didn’t appreciate. They don’t smile and act appreciative to their customers. Honestly it irritated me right away. I won’t be back to this place.

Aside from the long wait to have our pizzas dropped off at the table it was worth the wait. We ordered 3 different size pizzas and we finished everything. I also ordered some buffalo wings and they were delicious. Caesar salad was ok but overall food was solid.
