My husband and I recently moved into our dream home in Sherman, and we've been eager to support local businesses in Williams. Trying out Pizza Factory for the first time was such a delight, especially since my husband has dietary restrictions. It truly made our day! You can tell the owner (hopefully) has true passion for what he doesn’t and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, guys! ?Dietary restrictions: Removes cheese if needed.

Pizza factory how do you do it?!? I had the BBQ chicken pizza it was fantastic! Excellent flavors the crust was the right amount of crispy! Would definitely recommend. Quality pizza for sure! Kids devoured their cheese pizza too. Also very clean loved the experience!

Tried to come here on Wednesday evening. Google says it’s open until 8pm. Their website said 7pm. I called around 6:20 to ask what time they closed and they said “it depends”. When I told the the website and google maps differ, they just said “it depends on how many orders are in”. Still not sure what that means.We returned on Friday afternoon. I had an empty coffee cup from the morning and without even saying “hi” or “thanks for coming in” the first thing the woman says rudely (while staring at me creepily while pulling the menus out) is “no outside drinks are allowed”. Really? Then we have to ask where the trash can is. This is a tourist town. Without tourists they literally have no business. Try to at least fake it you want out business.Just rudeness overall. Be nice. Can definitely say I won’t be coming here again. Pizza is pizza.

The service was more or less, but they don't have the dishes they offer. I wanted to eat pasta and they didn't have the sauce and it took them an hour to serve the food. We went in the afternoon/night and it seemed more like they needed to close instead of serving the service. place as it should be, apart from the food I don't know the sauce seemed to have a lot of water it wasn't very liquid the truth is the pizza didn't taste good
New customer didn’t get to enjoy my experience at this establishment very Rude Employee not Very Welcoming The issue was over a water container I had obviously I did see the posted sign for no outside food & drink I’m not dumb I seen it of course I was going to put my container to the side but in the future I will definitely not be returning here in definitely - xoxo Me

We are traveling from out of town and to stumble upon such an amazing place to eat and relax was second to none. Customer service was impeccable. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. If the service wasn’t good enough; the food was top tier as well. If you’re looking for a place to satisfy your pizza craving look no further. The reviews were not encouraging to visit this place, but we decided to take a risk and it turned out to be a bull's-eye. The service was very nice and helpful, the pizza was very good, as well as the lemonade and beer. I have never eaten such delicious and crispy dough as this pizza has a lot of very good ingredients.
