Called 5 times for delivery. Was transferred, put on hold, and after 15 to 20 minutes no one answered my call to place an order. Not even worth 1 star.

Horrible experience- they put into the computer our order was ready at 5:15- we got to the restaurant at 5:15 and had to wait 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. The only reason the lady acknowledged us was because another customer walked in and she was like “guys it’s gonna be ATLEAST a 30-45 minute wait” to which we respond- we have a pickup. She’s like “oh okay it’s coming out right now”. However our pizza had been sitting on the end of the stove the whole time and most of our food had been done and was starting to get cold. Our fries were cold. When I asked for a discount for putting in the computer that our order was ready and it wasn’t (which I think they do to make it look like they have good times so managers can get raises, when in reality their times SUCK)… she proceeded to freak out and say there were errors and the computer wasn’t working. She also answered her personal phone while checking us out and and proceeded to complain to whoever she was on the phone w/ which I thought was super unprofessional, on top of her freaking out saying “Jesus Christ”… I also asked for an extra marinara which she didn’t give and she also wasn’t able to figure out the discount so we just paid full price because there was a couple more people who walked in behind us and we felt bad. But overall it was very poorly managed and they only had two other people in the restaurant when we first got there… which the people who were dining in had to go back up and remind them they had ordered breadsticks and drinks which the workers also forgot.

Best customer service I probably have ever experienced. Super friendly and you felt your order was top priority. Food was great got the cheese stuffed crust can't go wrong with that haha outside of the place it's a little rough around the edges meaning just an old part of town but all an all would definitely recommend ?

How can you mess up Pizza? Easy, ask Pizza Hut. Prompt delivery is the only reason for one Star. Old dry over cooked ingredients. No dip for the chicken wings, they never asked me. Just shoving it out the door since '59. No wonder it's the failure of Yum brands.

Have been a big truck driver for over a decade now. This time, I was parked in my own rv at a park up the road. I always love it when a delivery driver goes above and beyond to find you in an out of the ordinary location. If you're parked at the Love's or one of the RV parks here in Williams, this is a good bet for getting some delivery food for yourself. Kudos ya'll, thanks again to the driver Ordered online

OK, I will be the first to admit that if you don’t like Pizza Hut food, you can ignore my food rating and if you don’t like nostalgia, you can ignore the rest. This place is straight out of the early 90s and is really well kept. It’s too bad they don’t have the buffet still working, but it’s still there in excellent condition Staff is friendly, and the pizza was perfectly executed from a Pizza Hut standards standpoint.
This place is an absolute gem in a place that celebrates bygone eras. I wish they’d put a few 1980s video game machines in here and also it wasn’t very crowded. I would love to see the place get some more business. This is definitely not a completely modern Pizza Hut, and I couldn’t have been happier having the experience being here , it’s very well run.

Freaking worthless .... can't and won't deliver to a gas station where I was parked in a semi truck and I was about to drop some serious money in the store like 100 for the food for the next few days.... thank you worth less store
