I'm actually not happy at all I order a BBQ chicken pizza and a bacon Alfredo pizza yesterday and instead of those pizzas I got marinara on both ? and well the reason I didn't order pizza with the marinara sauce is because of my heartburn, so much for wasting my money money here, on top of that I didn't even notice the sauce until we got home! 50 dollars just wasted on this place!

Pizza was fresh which is worthy of five stars. Bread sticks, 1 star.Atmosphere, not very welcoming. There were no servers, not salad bar, no ice, and no fountain drinks. Only bottled sodas were available.Customer service could use some refreshing. The gal who took our order, appeared to hate her job and possibly her life. I hope the next pizza job makes her happy ?

They cancelled my order because of they had no driver but instead of letting me know the system stills tells me my pizza would be delivered when you call them they hang up 5 times(!) And after a 6th try you get someone rude on the phone telling your order has been cancelled and you get a refund but no proof of it.Don’t go here very annoying unfriendly place

And the respect that we are given during the "Entire Process", is an extremely "rare thing", especially when it comes to a lot of restaurants, or fast food restaurants anywhere!! Pizza Hut in Williams, Arizona is absolutely without a doubt, a must have stop, on your list, visiting the Grand Canyon area!! The food was good and tasty, but other than that, they get a thumbs down. Atmosphere was a little Shabby, but bathrooms definitely needed help, not enough TP. we had 2 squares, but they did rectify it after we told them. We ordered a big box meal that comes with 2 medium square pizzas, breadsticks and wings or pasta, and the menu stated $24.99, and we were charged $28.99. When I asked the manager "why we were charged a different price?" Manager stated sorry our prices aren't what states on menu... what the heck!! So when you order the prices are not what you think so please watch your receipts. Also, they charge you extra for crushed red pepper, parmesan, and any sauce to go with the wings. You don't even get 1 free. But TJ and Arnel had great customer service!

After spending all day at the Grand Canyon, we were starving and didn't feel like cooking in our RV. So I hopped on yelp to find easy takeout. We decided on pizza even though the reviews weren't great for the pizza places in town. I truly don't understand why this place gets such average reviews. We ordered a couple of pizzas, one with customized toppings. We received piping hot pizzas made exactly to order which tasted great. I wish I had thought to take pics before we dug in. I can't speak to anything other than the quality of the food and the efficiency of the staff who made it since we got our order to go, but based on this I would recommend this location without hesitation.
